Strap/Lug How to Order An Aircell comes in various sizes based on size of conservator and its construction. Use the following formula to calculate the size of an Aircell
Y= + 40 X=L–D+Y G = X-Y-200
Where, X = Length of Aircell in deflated condition (mm)
Y = Width of Aircell in deflated condition (mm)
G = Distance between straps/Lugs (mm)
Example: For Conservator of 700 mm diameter & 2000 mm long
Values will be X = 2440 mm, Y = 1140 mm, G = 1100 mm. The dimensions of the flexible separator are determined according to the size of the conservators. Here are the separators which are presently manufactured for cylindrical conservators with flat ends as below. Other sizes can be manufactured as per requirement.
