This operation and maintenance manual provides you with


easy to understand operating instructions to keep your
machine in top operating condition.

This manual comprises of a parts list in addition to a


recommended spares list, providing you information that
you need to order parts.

Important
Information

1.Read and understand all of the operating instructions. safety, precautions and
warnings in the Instruction Manual before operating or maintaining this machine.

2. Most accidents that result from Machine operation and maintenance are caused
by the failure to observe basic safety rules or precautions. An accident can
often be avoided by recognizing a potentially hazardous situation before it
occurs. And by observing appropriate safety procedures.

3. Basic safety precautions are outlined in the "SAFETY" section of this Instruction
Manual to be followed at most care to be taken through out the life of the
equipment.

4. Never use this Machine in a manner that has not been specifically
recommended by manufacturer. unless you first confirm that the planned use
will be safe for you and others.

5. Attend to any signs of minor irregularities immediately if neglected. they


could become worse.

6. Ensure the Operation Instruction Manual be made available to the machine


operating personnel at all time.

7. While ordering spare parts the following particulars must be clearly mentioned to
ensure supply of the right spares.

SAFETY
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE MACHINE.

WARNING :

A Death or serious bodily injury could result from improper or unsafe


use of Machine. To avoid these risks. follow the basic safety
instructions.

NOTE:

Make sure this manual is read and carefully understood before starting/
operating this machine.

Proof of purchase will be required for warranty service.

The marking indication of Warning & Caution

Electric Shock Caution : Do not run insert hands in fear of electric shock
Hot Surface : Do not touch in fear of burn

Earthing : Must earth in fear of electric shock

Note :

The user for the first time need sufficient understanding mark of caution, warning in
order to protect accident rules
C. SAFETY INSTRUCATIONS

1.Never touch moving parts Never place your hands. fingers or other
body parts near the machine moving parts.

2.Never operate without all Never operate this machine without all guards or
safety features guards in place and in proper working order. If maintenance or
servicing requires the removal of a guard or safety features. be sure to replace the
guards or safety feature before resuming operation of the machine.

3. Always wear eye & hand protection Always wear safety goggles or gloves
equivalent protection harms must never be aimed at anyone or any part of the body.

4. Protect yourself against hot Prevent body contact with grounded


surfaces such as beaker, beaker heads and motor. Never operate the machine
in damp or wet locations

5. Disconnect the Machine Always disconnect the machine from the power
source and remove the beakers before servicing, inspecting, maintaining,
cleaning, replacing or checking any parts.

6. Avoid unintentional starting Do not carry the machine while it is connected


to its power source or when the beakers are loaded.

7. Store machine properly When not in use, the machine should be stored
in dry place. remove the electrical supply. Keep out of reach of un skill. Lock
out the storage area.

8. Keep work area clean Cluttered areas invite injures. Clear all work areas
of unnecessary tools, debris, furniture etc.

9. Keep children away Do not let visitors contact machine extension cord.
All visitors should be kept safely away from work area.

10. Dress properly Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. They can be caught
in moving parts. Wear protective hair covering to contain long hair.
11. Maintain with care Follow instructions for lubricating. Inspect cords
periodically and if damaged. have repaired by authorized service facility. Inspect
extension cords periodically and replace if damaged.

12. Check damaged parts Before further use of the machine, a guard or other
part is damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly
and perform its intended function.

Check for alignment of moving parts, binding of moving parts breakage of parts,
mounting and any other conditions that may affect its operation.

A guard or other part that is damaged should be properly repaired or replaced by


an authorized service centre or service persons unless otherwise indicated
elsewhere in this Instruction Manual. Do not use machine if switch does not turn it
on and off.

13.Handle machine correctly Operate the machine according to the


instructions provided herein. Never allow the machine to be operated by children,
individuals unfamiliar with its operator or unauthorized personnel.

14. Keep all screws, bolts and cover tightly in place Keep all screws, bolts and
plates tightly mounted. Electrical connections to be ensured for tightness. Check
their conditions periodically.

15.Keep motor air vent clean The motor air vent must be kept clean so that air
can freely flow at all times. Check for dust build-up frequently.
16. Operate machine at the rated voltage Operate the machine at voltages
specified on their name plates. If using the machine at a higher voltage than the
rated voltage. it will result in abnormally fast motor revolution and may damage the
unit and burn out the motor.

17. Never use a machine which is defective or operating abnormally If the


machine appears to be operating unusually. making strange noises, or otherwise
appears defective. stop using it immediately and arrange for repairs by a authorized service
person.

18.Use only genuine replacement parts Replacement parts not original may
void your warranty and can lead to malfunction and resulting injuries. Genuine
parts are available from your dealer.

19. Do not modify the machine Do not modify the machine . Always contact
the authorized service center/person for any repairs. Unauthorized modification
may not only impair the machine performance but may also result in accident or
injury to repair personnel who do not have the required knowledge and technical
expertise to perform the repair operations correctly.

20. Turn off the starter stop button to be latched when the machine is
not used. When the machine is not used. disconnect it from the power source
and discharge the waste solutions open the beakers to drain beakers.

21. Electrical installation This machine motor and switches should properly
grounded with correct size copper wire to avoid electrical shock and damage to the
equipment.
The correct rating of fuses to be provided at the incoming side of the Switch, The
correct rating of wires to be used for incoming connection. Never take any loop
lines from the machine wiring.

WARNING:
Avoid electrical shock hazard. Never use this machine with a damaged or
frayed electrical cord or extension cord. Inspect all electrical cords regularly.
Never use in near water or in any environment where electric shock is
possible.

D. FOREWORD
This machine has been designed and manufactured with utmost skill and care, with
maximum reliability and high quality standards as per the requirements and
specifications conforming to international Standards.

All the equipment and materials that go into its manufacture have undergone
rigorous quality assurance checks. Strict vigilance and stringent measures have
been observed to maintain high standards of quality, right from raw material
purchase, inspection, manufacturing and operation to the capacity trials conducted
at our factory and finally packing and dispatch.

The various materials that are used for its manufacture have been carefully selected
for their apt application: keeping in mind their strength. reliability, safety
requirements, working conditions and working media. The design incorporates
maximum safety measures and protection against all hazards during the operation
of the system.

This manual has been prepared and compiled with utmost care to help the user to
know the various systems involved in the machine thoroughly and to operate it
to his best advantage. It incorporates detailed description of all systems and
working conditions with relevant diagrams and drawings.

Before attempting to use the machine, the user shall go through this book
scrupulously to get acquainted with this equipment to ensure best results. Under
normal working conditions and with regular prescribed periodic preventive
maintenance, excellent, trouble free service can be guaranteed for several years. In
case of necessity, our service can always be counted upon.
C. Operating Instruction

Key Pad function

 INCH : use to move beaker holding disk while dosing

 UP/DOWN arrow keys : use to increase /decrease the input value.

 ENTER: use to complete input selection.

 ESC: use to cancel input signal/ save and back to menu.

 ADD PROGM : It use to add a new program

 VIEW PROGRAM : It use to view stored program

 RUN PROGM : To start a Process (Program)

 RPM : use to select appropriate revolution per minute (speed of beaker holding disk)

 MOTOR MENU : It used to select on time , off time (minutes) and delay time (seconds)

 HEATER ON: It is use to select ON/OFF the heaters for special process.
Front Panel Explanation:

PROGRAM NO: Displays selected program in process

STAGE 1: displays the current stage.

S.TIME: Displays the setting time (in minutes), it will start decrease while processing.

STOP : use to stop the current process, RUN : To start the process.

S.TEMP : Displays the set temperature, P.TEMP : Displays the present temperature.

RATE : Displays the preferred gradient value

RPM : displays the current rpm


Create a new Program

1. Switch on Main power switch provided at right side of machine, displaying as shown
above.
2. Press RPM key to select required RPM,
by using up down arrow keys and press ENTER .

3.Press Motor menu key ,

to select motor on time (in minutes) by using up down arrow keys and press
ENTER .
* Should not exceed 3 minutes for dyeing process.

Displaying as shown below, select motor stopping time (in seconds) by using up
down arrow keys and press ENTER .
*minimum stopping time 7 seconds for dyeing process.

4. Press ADD PROGM key,


By using up down arrow keys choose a program number and press ENTER .

By using up down arrow keys set temperature and press ENTER.


by using up down arrow keys set gradient rate and press ENTER .

by using up down arrow keys set process time and press ENTER .
Now the stage 1 is completed and displays as below:

You can do multiple stages (up to 10 ) in the same manner.


Miscellaneous caution
In case of present temperature is not increasing, press ESC to back to main menu and check
heater ON/OFF status.

In case of Error message appears as below, check the sensor (call assistance).
E. DO'S AND DON'TS

Do’s

 Read the manual in detail and follow the instructions.

 Clean the machine package regularly ..

 Keep the air vents clean.

 Use only genuine spares.

 Maintain correct voltage level.

 Use only clean, recommended lubricants.

 Use proper tools.

 Attend immediately to anything unusual with the machine.

 Maintain log book to monitor operation of machine.

 Attend Repairs / Service with qualified technicians only.

Don’ts
 Neglect the routine attention.
 Allow any leakage in the system.

 Keep any tools or loose items on the machine/other modules.

 Meddle with any adjustments or settings.

 Use cleaning agents, when changing solutions.

 Do any repair work while the unit is running.

 Overload the machine for a long period even though it is of continuous


rating.
