Objective/s of the Activity  To strengthen and uplift teachers’ capacity for new normal.

Background and Rationale Sabanilla Elementary School came up with a project called PROJECT
TEAM which aims to strengthen and uplift the capabilities of every teachers
in new normal situation. That teacher will give every learner a new things to
learn.

NARRATIVE REPORT
Brief Summary The school teaching force, conduct seminars regarding on the (eSAT) and
accomplish the Individual development plan (IDP) and consolidate the results
by the school heads. It leads us to be more competent and helps to reflect on
the different objectives related n his/her professional works. The result of the
self-assessment will guide you on which indicator we must need to improve
and what areas where you need to be coaching and mentoring. Thus, all the
people in the community volunteered to support the Project. The school is
fortunate enough to have supportive and generous stakeholders like the LGUs,
private individuals and organizations. Let us attend seminars so that we can be
more productive.
