UNDERTAKING BY THE APPLICANT
1. I declare that I have not been admitted to any other affiliated College to the class to which I am seeking admission in the
College.
2. I understand that in the event of withdrawal of admission, the fee will be refunded subject to the Fee Refund Rules being
followed by the College.
3. I understand that the section once allotted to me by the College will be final and I shall not ask for any change of section
during the session.
4. I understand that in case my admission is not approved by the University at any stage, I shall have no claim against the
college or the University.
5. I shall pay all the fees and dues as per schedule notified by the College from time to time.
6. I shall always carry the ‘College Identity Card’ with me and produce it to faculty, security and staff on demand.
7. I understand that I shall read the notice board / QualCampus Software daily and the College shall not be responsible for
conveying any information to the students individually.
8. I shall abide by all the rules and regulations of the College as amended from time to time with regard to discipline,
academics, workshops, library, transport, vehicle parking etc. In case I indulge in any activity, which violates the rules,
regulations of the College,I will accept any disciplinary action specified by the College.

which may lead even to my rustication from the College.
15. I declare that I have not been disqualified by any University or the Board and in case it is detected by the
College/University, I shall be liable for all legal actions asdetermined by the College/University.
16. I understand that the College will not be responsible for any loss of valuables, personal belongings, any damage to the
vehicle or parts/accessories of the vehicles.
17. I understand that I shall not drive two-wheeler (without wearing helmet) or four-wheeler in case of non-possession of a
valid driving license.
18. I understand that the College provides the bus facility, but offers no guarantee that a seat in the college bus will be
available, if there is non-availability of seat or non-plying of the bus on the route as requested by me.
19. I understand that the bus charges once paid for a period of six months will not be refunded by the college in case I
discontinue availing the bus facility.
20. I understand that in case any complaint is there regarding bus routes or pick up point, then instead of forcing the driver to
do it, I shall discuss it with the collegeauthorities.
21. I shall not use any electronic gadget like mobile phones, I-phone, E-tablet in the class.
22. While in the College premises, I shall not skip the classes.
23. I shall attend all tutorials and I understand that attendance in tutorials will be added in the aggregate attendance of each
subject.
24. I shall make timely submission of all practical work/project work/ assignment assigned to me.
25. I understand that the Mid Semester Tests will be held according to the date sheet. Request on individual basis to change
the dates will not be entertained under anycircumstance.
26. I understand that to be eligible for appearing in Panjab University Examination a student has to attend a minimum of 75%
lectures delivered and obtain at least 35%marks in each subject separately in Mid Semester Test for B Com and 40% marks
in BBA programme. Additionally, for BBA programme 50% marks in aggregate will have to be obtained by a student. I shall
have no claim whatsoever for admission to University Exams in case I fail to fulfill the said two conditions under any pretext
including genuine medical grounds.
27. I shall not indulge in ragging of any form or manner whether overt or covert. I am aware that indulgence in ragging may
lead to exemplary punishment as per the orders ofHon’ble Supreme Court.
28. I understand that in case any of the above information given by me is found to be incorrect at any time or I fail to fulfill any
of the undertaking given, strict disciplinary action can be taken against me, which can even be my rustication from the
College. I also understand that the decisions of the College Administration will be final in this regard.

UNDERTAKING BY PARENT/GUARDIAN
1. I undertake that after the completion of admission process, me/my ward shall not ask for the refund of fee or shifting from
BBA Course to B Com Course or vice versa.
2. I understand that I shall check the College Software ‘QualCampus’ regularly and the SMS sent by the college from time to
time to check my ward’s attendance and performance and follow up with respect to the same with the class incharge.
3. I understand that I will attend the Parents Teacher Meets/ Parent Principal Meet organized by the college whenever held.
4. I understand that the college shall not be liable for any damage/charges on account of injuries, which may be sustained to
my ward at any time during his/her stay in the college, while taking part in studies, sports and co-curricular activities including
conveyance in the college bus unless it is held attributable to any lack of supervision. The College is responsible to provide
First Aid and taking the student to the nearest medical facility. If any medical facility is availed outside the college premises,
same would be chargeable from me.
5. I understand that my ward will obtain a minimum of 35% marks in each paper as well as in aggregate in B Com, 40%
marks in each paper and 50% in aggregate in BBA programme and 50% marks in B Com Honours Course in each of the Mid
Semester Test and have a minimum of 75% attendance to become eligible for appearing in the University Examinations. I
also understand that in case my ward doesn’t fulfill any of the above said conditions he/she will not be allowed to appear in
the Panjab University Examinations.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT
1. Merit List of B. Com/BBA first semester will be put up on the college notice board and college website i.e. www.saccm.in
one day before the date of admission counselling.
2. Applicants whose names appears in the merit list will have to present themselves personally for admission counselling.
Parents of the applicant seeking admission in first semester and applicant from the other colleges seeking admission in the
Third/Fifth semester are also required to accompany their wards for the admission counselling.
3. Four passport size photograph of the applicant and one joint passport size photograph of the parents (with their names
written on the back) will have to be submitted (all put in one envelope) at the time of admission counselling.
