Q: Do I have to be authenticated to use this process?

A: NO, some say authentication is good thing, some say it doesn’t do anything. Personal
research and personal choice.

Q: If I don’t know what date of hire or date I opened account…?

A: Approx year or leave blank. If you order lexis nexis report you will have an easier time
with info later but don’t delay! Get those w4 sandwiches in the mail asap!

Q: If I have locked my credit reports do I need to unlock them?

A: No, if you lock them process should be faster. I have the lock form in the dropbox.

Q: Do I have to fill out a w4, 1040 and 1040V for each company I want audited?

A: Yes, Each company will require ALL THREE forms. When assessing court case use the three
forms for the court, the judge or magistrate, the prosecuting attorney, and all parties
involved.

Q: Can I mail several w4 sandwiches all together with one cover letter?

A: Yes! Many sandwiches (all three forms) and one cover letter is FINE!

Q: Is handwritten letters better than typed?

A: Yes!

Q: If I have more questions not covered in the dropbox where do I go?

A: Go to telegram and join the w4 channels and ask on the open mic!!!

Q: Where does Line 5 number on 4506T come from?


A: On the video on youtube, I explain that is a number I made up in order to track them. It is
my initials and the date. You can leave blank or make up something in order to track them.

Q: I heard you can do 4506 for 4 years. Where do you put the various years?

A: On the video, make sure you write 1099 on line 6, put a check mark at 6c and list your
years on line 9. I went all the way back to when I was 21. You may need more that one form.
AND- Sign it: By: First full name-Middle full name: Last full name, Beneficiary

Page 2 indicates where to mail it to per your state.

Q: If you file jointly with spouse, should you fill these sandwiches jointly?

A: NO- fill them out separately. Only one Social Security number should go on each form.

Q: On form 15227 – identity theft ss lock- How is this different than locking all three credit
agencies? And- Does this or will this impact Social Security or Retirement payments?

A: First The identity theft is locking all funds associated with your SS#. By doing this- No One
will be able to access any of your funds unless you provide them with the PIN number you are
given. Second- neither will impact your Social Security or Retirement payments.

Q: What is the Live Life Claim Form?

A: I will cover this more in depth soon.

Q: Do we have various sample pic’s of various ways to mail?

A: Pictures coming soon. I have updated some of the forms to reduce confusion. Many
variations of doing this process and filling out the forms- don’t get stuck trying to get it
RIGHT- just fill it out and test different ways.

Q: If you were born overseas and have a certificate of citizenship- do you use that as your
birth certificate?

A: yes- Use your naturalized paper to replace your birth certificate.

Q: Someone indicated you said you were going to do a youtube of success story and wanted
to know where it was and if you would post them here?

A: Yes I will post them here too. If you have not visited W-4 Groups (on Telegram) please
join. There are amazing people there who can answer questions about various topics 24/7.
Sandwich will teach one topic at a time. W-4 will answer questions 24/7 and they cover all
topics.
