The key to your success

One stop shopping: KAUP offers the most complete programme for all demands of beverage pallet
handling. Whether 2 - 8 pallets of empty bottles, 2 - 8 pallets of filled bottles, up to 3 pallets picked up
from the opposite side of the truck - no one else can offer such a complete range.

Choice between visibility optimised design with a good view over and through the attachment (model 429)
and residual capacity optimised design with low lost load measurement (model 409). Both result in a very
favourable relation between weight and payload.

Screw on forks on the Double and Four Pallet Handlers keep spare part stocks to a minimum and allow,
if necessary, quick change of forks (only model 429).

To improve visibility for the operator, an increased sideshift of +/- 250 mm is avaible (improving the view
on the tips of double deep forks and simplifies stacking to the other side of the truck).

Low grease demand of wear & tear profiles and greasing with Teflon reduces service intervals compared
to normal greasing.

Wear & tear profiles and other standard wear and tear parts from KAUP modular built system are low
priced and, if necessary, quickly changeable. Therefore less down time and parts cost and time
optimised maintenance of the attachment.

KAUP manufactures all Multi Pallet Handler from steel profiles. These present by far less wear and tear
compared to aluminium profiles often used by other manufacturers.

All KAUP Multi Pallet Handlers are fitted with independent sideshift function featuring SMOOTHROLL –
needle bearing guided lower bottom hooks and SOFTSTOP - end of stroke cushioning as standard.
Lateral sideshift can be used in any fork position.

Most KAUP Multi Pallet Handlers allow setting of the distance between inner forks in order to
pick up special pallets.

If required independent movement of fork pairs avaible (by solenoid valve).

Upon request all KAUP Multi Pallet Handlers can be fitted with Load Stabilizers or Telescopics Forks
in different versions.

Load stabilizers for Multi Pallet Handlers
All KAUP multi pallet handlers can be fitted/combined with different load stabilizers as required, exactly speci-
fied to the load where palletized goods have to be secured during transportation with a forklift truck to prevent
the load from slipping when going around corners or driving over uneven ground. A multitude of KAUP multi
pallet handlers fitted with load stabilizers are used, for example, in the beverage industry for loading crates
stacked on a pallet. KAUP load stabilizers can be designed to meet every customer's requirement. Following
are only a few examples.
