Adverbs of Frecuency

Adverbs of frequency are used to describe how


often or how frequently something happens.

An adverb of frequency is exactly what it


sounds like – an adverb of time.
There are 2 types of adverbs of frequency:
Definite and Indefinite.
Definite adverbs Indefinite adverbs
Specify an exact time frame Don´t specify an exact time frame
Every day I go running every day. Always I always exercise.
Once a week He does yoga once a week. Almost always I almost always carry a water bottle.
