* Notice
1. Shipments of large and small home Appliances are multiplied by a coefficient of three (3). For example, if the shipment is 100,000 units, 100,000*3=300,000 units will be the final
volume to get into the PLUS Program.
2. For products that only use licenses, e.g., some Bluetooth products, the shipment should be multiplied by a coefficient of 0.2. For example, if the shipment of Bluetooth body fat
scale is 100,000 units, 100,000*0.2=20,000 units will be the final volume to get into the PLUS Program.
3. The PLUS Program requires customers to have their own OEM App and stop using Smart Life, a publicly-available App developed by Tuya, and to have their own exclusive PID.
4. Tuya IPC members can join the PLUS Program. An IPC member with a shipment of 100,000 units can be a Gold member of PLUS, a shipment of 300,000 units makes a Diamond I
member of PLUS, and a shipment of 1,000,000 units and 2,000,000 units makes a Gold I member of PLUS.
5. Any order on TuyaGo and SaaS solutions cannot be counted as entry requirements to the PLUS Program. However, orders on VAS and customized development can be
converted to shipment by multiplying the amount with a coefficient of 0.7. For example, an order of USD 100,000 is equivalent to a shipment of 70,000 units.

USD15,000 = USD30,000.
3. In the first year of membership, customers at the levels other than Crown cannot directly upgrade to Crown members through the payment of
