Brittle material
A material is brittle if, when subjected to stress, it breaks with little elastic deformation and without significant
plastic deformation. Brittle materials absorb relatively little energy prior to fracture, even those of high strength.
Breaking is often accompanied by a snapping sound.
examples
Bone, cast iron, ceramic, and concrete are examples of brittle materials. Materials that have relatively large
plastic regions under tensile stress are known as ductile
2. 50mm concrete in thickness resistance against fireproofing (time)
2 hours
3. Why we use vibrator
We use vibratory to increase the workability & consolidation of concrete
4. Why Concrete crack appear.
Dehydration , shrinkage
5. Natural pozzolan use how much % in cement
25 % parcent for normal concrete and upto 65% for special strength
6. Bend of bar (bar hook) having dia 16mm or less also bend Angle
