II. Project Summary

This project is about the 3rd Alumni Homecoming of Fe del Mundo

National High School on December 30,2022 with the theme “Celebrateh.
Unite. Inspire. Aspire”
III. Project Background

Every learner has a teacher who helped them developed many

positive traits and taught them things that shaped them into who they are
today. Basically, recognizing teacher accomplishments means saying thank
you to the people who made us better individuals. To encourage expertise in
the academic settings, it’s critical to have award mechanisms in place which
help reward the above-and-beyond efforts of educators.

This pandemic challenges the whole sectors of education, not only the
teachers who are the front liners of education but the whole organization in
the Department of Education like the non-teaching personnel and who are in
the administration and other stakeholders such as the PTA officers. This
sectors in the organization of education must be part also of the recognitions.

Fe del Mundo National High School is embracing this challenges in

strengthening the quality of education. As part of this mantra, the whole family
of this institution will institutionalize the recognitions to all the hardworks of the

stakeholders who’s heartedly contributed to the better outcome of delivering
quality education.

In consonance with the DepEd Order No. 9,s 2002-Establishing the

Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence
(PRAISE),which aims to encourage, recognize and reward employees,
individually or in groups, for their suggestions, innovative ideas, inventions,
discoveries, superior accomplishments ,heroic deeds, exemplary behavior,
extraordinary acts or services in the public interest and other personal efforts
contributing to efficiency, economy, and improvement in government
operations which lead to organizational productivity, Fe Del Mundo National
High School will launch Project PRIDE to immortalize this DepEd Order to
the teaching and non-teaching personnel of the school.

IV. PROJECT OBJECTIVES

This Project PRIDE aims to:

1. Recognize incomparable services rendered by the teaching

and non-teaching personnel of the school,
2. Motivate teaching and non-teaching personnel to uplift their
morale in delivering DepEd’s Mantra, and
3. Give rewards to innovative ideas, inventions, discoveries,
superior accomplishments, heroic deeds, exemplary
behavior, and extraordinary acts in delivering offered
services of the school.

V. PROJECT OUTPUTS AND OUTCOME

This project expected outcome/output will be the following;
a. performance of the teachers that will be reflected on their IPCRF;
b. performance of the school reflected on the SBM,

VIII. MONITORING AND EVALUATION

reflected in the School Based Management.
