INSTRUCTIONS: DESIGN 4 - Activity 2

1. Draw the Lot of the Major Plate 1 with its dimensions.

2. Compute the value of the following:


a. Total Lot Area – TLA
b. Allowable Maximum Building Footprint – AMBF
c. Percentage of Site Occupancy – PSO
d. Impervious Surface Area – ISA
e. Maximum Allowable Construction Area – MACA
f. Unpaved Surface Area – USA

3. Computation must be based on NBC classification of occupancy in


terms of open space, setback requirements, etc.

AREA COMPUTATION
INSTRUCTIONS: DESIGN 4 - Activity 2

4. Identify the various spaces and justify the nos. of users in your
proposed design to determine the appropriate area.

Ex. parking (car, jeepneys, bus, etc), toilet, waiting area, food
kiosk, and others)

5. In short bondpaper, 8-1/2” x 11” (landscape orientation).


Name, subject and section at the bottom right of the paper.

6. Submit 3 pictures of work (jpeg or pdf file) in your Google Drive
