Load Analysis Transverse

The document calculates the dead loads on beams in a building over 3 floors. The dead loads include the self-weight of the beams, ceiling loads, slab weights, tile and plaster weights. For one-way slabs, the load is calculated as 0.5 * load * span. For triangle slabs, the load is 0.33 * load * span. The total load is then calculated for each beam by adding the self-weight of the beam to the calculated floor load over the beam span. Loads increase with each higher floor due to additional finishes like tiles and concrete block walls.
