Spearheaded Telecommunication units in the Information Technology Center, that includes Passive Team and
Telecommunication.
Led IT Infrastructure for over 65 Administrative building, 600 Residential units for faculty and 20 students’ dorms along with
remote sites Kalba, Al Dhid, Khorfakkan and Sharjah Co-Location, ensuring smooth running of operations with zero or
minimum downtime.
Provided, maintained, and secured Telecommunication and Collaborative Services for the UOS Community members, including
Telecommunication, Zoom, Teams, Call Centers and Avaya Technology Services.
Presented latest technology and explored different technologies to help with business cause by organizing information session

Installation, configuration and maintenance for AVAYA telephone system two AVAYA Aura Communication Servers CM8.1,
System Manger, Session Manger, SBC, AAM, AAWG, AMM, AADS and SIP trunk from Etisalat.
Maintain a High Level Disaster Recovery System consisting of Avaya Enterprise survivable server, Local. Survivable Processor
that control failover in case of main PBX failure in main campus and remote branches.
Installation, configuration and maintenance of Avaya Media Gateways across main campus and four branches for University of
Sharjah to ensure high availability and productivity.
Maintain high level of efficiency for Telecommunication Services for 8 locations of G650 cabinets ( 27 port network), Media
gateways G350, G450 G430 Telephone around 5000 telephone extension(Digital and Analog IP Phone H323 and SIP).and
Provide IP Telephone Services more than 1800 IP Phones across the main campus in University of Sharjah. Sip Application
that will allow the users to use their extension from their smart phones from any place and outside country.
Maintain and mange ASCOM Wireless Phone System for over 200 users.
Integration between deferent venders to provide extra telecommunication services. Like Zoom and Avaya XT7000 and XT 5000
endpoints. Cisco endpoint and Avaya conference system.
Manage and maintain Call billing system, which provides statistical and financial information for Telecommunication Services
usage.
Provide Business Services such as planning, designing and implementing Call Centers for University of Sharjah.
Manage and Implement Video Conferencing Solution for the university academic and business needs. The setup involves
integration of XT7000, XT5000 Codec with Zoom.
