Firmware Version 03.01.03 -127 (9/13/2013)

Known Issue:
• For those who have WD My Cloud drives that are running on firmware version
03.00.03413 and have run an Apple Time Machine backup to the drive already, please
refer to the
• KBA article as noted below. If you have already updated your device (with the Time
Machine backup saved on the drive) to this firmware 03.01.03-127, you will
experience the Time Machine backup running on your MAC OS X computer will not
be able to detect the original backup file. This is because the Time Machine backup
file was relocated to the root level share of where you saved the original backup file.
The Time Machine backup in MAC OS X will not recognize that the backup is no
longer at its original location. The Time Machine backup in MAC OS X will need to
be re-selected through the Time Machine preferences to re-establish connection to
your original backup. Refer to the KBA below to re-establish the Time Machine OS
X connection to your WD My Cloud.
