    This laboratory test report is for Mrs. Sangeeta Vasu, a 39-year-old female. A urinalysis was performed and found her urine to be pale yellow, acidic, turbid, with a specific gravity of 1.010 and traces of protein. The urine microscopy showed plenty of pus cells and 4-5 epithelial cells per high power field, but no red blood cells or casts. The urinalysis results indicate the patient has an urinary tract infection as evidenced by the turbid urine and plenty of pus cells on microscopy.
