Training Guide - Frequently Ask Questions

Question No. 1: How to access my course?


Step 1: From your email address, open the email from SEAIETI Trainings.
Click the link “Click here to set your password”.

Step 2: Create your own training password.


Step 3: You will be redirected to the site. Click “MY DASHBOARD”.

Step 4: Click the course High Impact Teaching in the Digital Era: “Education in the
Virtual Environment” the first lecture video will automatically play.
Question No. 2. I did not receive any email or link from SEAIETI
Trainings. What should I do?

Step 1. Please check your SPAM or PROMOTIONS folder. If there still no email from
SEAIETI Trainings proceed to Step 2.

Step 2. Send your COMPLETE NAME, ACTIVE EMAIL ADDRESS, TITLE OF THE COURSE, REGION
and DIVISION to [email protected] or send to 09171153033 / 09171078854.

Step 3. Wait for the reply of SEAIETI Technical Staff. We will send you another access link.

Possible Reasons:
- Typographical error. Incorrect email address.
- Already signed up in our website.
- You already have an existing account and enrolled in other course/s.

Question No. 3. I received the confirmation email and link, but I


can’t access the training. What should I do?

Step 1. Copy and paste the link to your browser

training password.

Step 2. If you don’t have a training password yet, please email [email protected] and ask to
reset your password.

Step 3. If you forgot your password. You can reset your password using your email address just
go to https://seaietitrainings.thinkific.com/users/sign_in click forgot password? then enter
your email address. We will send you reset instructions. You may also email
[email protected]. The technical staff will be the one to reset your password. We will send
your access link and new password.

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS THAT YOU MAY ENCOUNTER

Question No. 4. Why can’t I play the lecture videos?

Solutions:

1. Try to refresh your browser and check your internet connection. If you have a stable signal,
please proceed to Solution number 2.
2. Check if you have already logged in. To check, go to
https://seaietitrainings.thinkific.com/users/sign_in . Check if your name is already on the
website. If your name is not appearing on the website, use the link and log in using your email
address and password.

3. If you have already logged in. Go to MY DASHBOARD then click your course.

Question No. 5. How to upload my output? There is no Dropbox in


the Learning Management System.

Step 1. Try to refresh your browser and check your internet connection. Due to unstable
internet connection sometimes, the Dropbox is not appearing in the Learning Management
System. If you have stable signal, please proceed to Step 2.
Step 2. Try to use another browser. (Ex. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Browser, Internet
Explorer, Mozilla Firefox...)
Step 3. If the steps 1 and 2 did not work. Send your Output/s and Training Password to
[email protected]. We will submit them using your account.
Question No. 6. My Assignment is UNDER REVIEW. How to
proceed?

1. After 2-5 minutes upon submission of your output. Try to refresh your browser then click
the CONTINUE or COMPLETE AND CONTINUE button to proceed. We are approving
submission of assignments from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

2. If your assignment is still ‘Under Review’ Please contact 09171153033 / 09171078854 or


email [email protected].
