2. In connection with the above references. Please be informed that the
authorized strength of Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) base on the
Revised Staffing Pattern of Police Provincial Office are twenty-five (25). Presently
there are four (4) PNCOs and one (1) PCO presently assigned at this office which is
understrength to perform the unit mandated duties and responsibilities in our AOR.
3. Along this line, in order to be operational and duty efficient, to
eliminate/mitigate risk and hazard during law enforcement operation, appropriate in
the filing of criminal complaint during investigation and adequate government
witnesses (Poseur Buyer, Seizing Officer, Arresting Officers, Investigator) during trial
and prosecution. Further, this office would like to request the following personnel
along with their issued firearms to be detailed in this office to wit:
