Careful adherence to technical specification literature is critically important for completing HardieFlex™ Sheet
cladding construction. The construction shall comply with requirements of building consent. Any variations made
should be approved by the BCA prior to work being undertaken.

Please ensure that the ‘painter’ is given this checklist on completion of the builders section. Paint systems must be
applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions
