Welcome to Design Your 6-Figure Program!

I’m Jeanna Gabellini of MasterPeace Coaching and Training,


and I’m excited to reveal a super easy 5-Step Formula for
designing your 6-figure program.

If you don’t know me from kingdom come, I’ve been coaching


business owners and their teams for over 20 years. I was a
pioneer early in my industry and co-authored a book with Jack
Canfield—the originator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul
series—and yet I still had a hard time filling my coaching and
mentoring programs. I had no idea what I was doing wrong,
but I kept trying.

After over a decade of not being able to do launches of more


than 4 to low-5 figures, I finally discovered how to create
6-figure programs. It has as much to do with mindset as it does
strategy.

Here’s the thing about selling out a group or online program…


it starts with inspiration. It’s critical that you’re excited about
the program you offer and launching it out into the world.

You want it to deliver the transformation or education that you
know in your heart your most ideal clients would flip out over.
It starts with a seed of inspiration, and your job is to give it
love and attention so it can grow into a powerful tool for your
clients to get their desired end result.

So go all in. See it through from a sprout of an idea to the end


when you get to post amazing testimonials from happy clients
on your website. Your enthusiasm will allow you to tune in to
your best ideas and resources and to begin attracting clients
before you even launch it!

This first module is about choosing the client you most


want in your program. Every single thing you put into the
design, marketing, and delivery of your program is dependent
on this one choice. If fact, you never want to create a program
before you’ve defined exactly who you want in it.

Imagine designing a pink miniskirt with lace and producing


10,000 of them. Afterward you decide to tune in to your ideal
client and determine that they’re a male CEO... your skirt
probably won’t sell to that audience, right? And you just
wasted a bunch of time and money in the process.

When you design your program specifically for your most
ideal client, it calls to their heart, and they’ll come running

from all over the world. In fact, imagine they’re helping you
create it each step of the way.

So take a moment right now to think about whom you’d want


to serve if you could custom order clients who were the best of
the best for you.

I call them 5-Star Clients cuz they’re everything you could


want in a client and more. You don’t have to try to impress
them or be something you’re not because they’re wired to
want what you’re offering.

Even if you’ve never met them personally, you can tune in to


their energy as you envision the essence of those clients you’d
most love to serve. If you’ve already got clients, I challenge you
to upgrade who you’ve been working with, even if they’ve been
pretty good. (That doesn’t mean you ditch who you’ve been
serving unless they’re truly not a fit.)

But you want to expect the best. Always.

You want to be completely selfish about what type of client


you’re willing to welcome into your world. And since you can
ask for anything you want, you should.

What are the qualities and values of your 5-Star Clients?


Write down everything you can think of. You want to get a real

feel for who they are and what they think.

Before you articulate who they are, take several nice, deep
belly breaths in and sink into your heart. You always want to
come from love when you’re working on anything that has to
do with designing, marketing, or delivering your program.

Through this process, you should be able to intuit some of their


biggest issues as it relates to your expertise.

What’s the biggest problem or pain you most want to solve


for them? The one they want to disappear the MOST? Name it
in one short sentence. Keep it simple and clear. Articulate it
from THEIR point of view.

Knowing this ONE thing is how you’ll be able to capture their


attention in your marketing. They’ll feel like they know you.

The 5-Star Client for my Launch Your Money Maker program


has a product or program that can transform their clients’
lives, but they don’t really know how to attract loads of clients
to invest. They’re frustrated by all the marketing they’ve tried
that hasn’t worked for them. They want the whole process to
be easier.

But the one problem they want to be solved over all else is…
being a best-kept secret.

So I can talk to you for 10 minutes and share all the stuff they
think in their head, but that one simple statement captures it
all.

One of my clients helps couples with children who’ve split up
be able to communicate with ease.

After investigating how her clients think and feel, we whittled


down their biggest problem to dreading conversations with
their ex. That’s exactly what her clients say in their head. It’s
their language. So when she speaks to this issue in her
marketing, her clients think: “YES, that’s exactly how I feel, and
I want relief. What solution do you have for me?!”

Yes, all of our clients have sub problems, BUT you need to
know the one that most drives them batty!

If don’t have any current 5-Star Clients to talk to, simply


imagine how they might feel and talk to themselves.

They don’t care about your solution unless they know you
understand their problem.

Step 1 of designing your six-figure program is getting up in


the head of your 5-Star Client and articulating their most
pressing problem in their words… one simple sentence.

During this process of really getting to know your 5-Star Client,


you’ll begin to call them forth energetically. You’re beginning
to bond with them. The more you can tap into who they are and
what’s happening in their head, the easier it’s going to be for
you to design a program that causes them to immediately
enroll!
