I. IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
The school is now preparing for the limited face-to-face classes. The preparation is based on
the DM. No. 071, s.2021 in which an attachment of SSAT can be found.
Mrs. Teotima Golo, our school head called a meeting to conduct a LAC session on the
provision of remediation/intervention for learners during the face-to-face classes. With her
facilitation, she asked the final classroom program of the Grade 7 classes to Mrs. Maria Gula and Ms.
Ruth Mae Gapio. In it, the schedule of the classes can be found as well as the subjects to be met
and the teachers who will handle. Since the first to implement the limited face-to-face classes are
the Grade 7 classes, teachers are expecting that there will be learners who will need remediation/
intervention. The teachers agreed to use the Saturday for the schedule of remediation/intervention
for the learners. It is approved by Mrs. Teotima Golo and reminded the teachers that even during
remediation, we should not forget to still follow the protocols required by us and suggested by the
DOH & IATF.
Please see the attached classroom program of the two sections containing the Enhancement
activity scheduled every Saturday.
The LAC session ended at 3:23 pm.
