2 Excavation

ton vibro rollar to achieve 95% proctor density ,dressing to camber as per direction of

3 Earth Filling

Supply selected/ approved earth brought from outside the site and filling the same in
plinths, back of retaining walls, foundations and trenches and spreading in landscaping
and other location as directed by the Project Manager and shall be done in layers, not
exceeding 20cm in depth and consolidating each deposited layer by vibro roller of 8 to 10
tonne capacity, ramming and watering as under optimum moisture conditions to give at
least 95% of the maximum dry density (proctor density) including transportation, cost of
soil, royalty, loading, unloading, carriage to dumping spot and all incidentals at all depths
and levels, for all leads and lifts complete (Net consolidated area fill volume will be
computed from the initial and final levels. Volume in slopes, embankments etc. will be

aggregate to be used as void filler ) including spreading in uniform thickness, screening,
hand picking, sorting and rolling with 3 wheeler power / vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne
capacity to achieve required compaction and brooming requisite type of screening / binding
material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to required
