Project Objective :PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:TO COMPARE THE TYPE AND NATURE OF PRODUCTS AND QoS PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER BY SBI WITH THAT OF NEW AGE PRIVATE SECTOR BANKS. SECONDARY OBJECTIVE:-What is difference between SBI AND ICICI,IDBI,HDFC,AXIS BANK. -How to invest money in share and other (MF,ULIP,INSURENCE etc) -To find out the services that other bank given to their customer. -To generate the leads through the survey. -To sort out the prospective leads from the data I have collected through the survey. -To build the relationship with the customers and to follow up them, make sure that they are satisfied with the products. -To maintain good relationship with the corporate employees. -To get more references from the customers and generate new leads by following a chain process. -To place SBI Advance Product ahead of the competitors . -To find out the customer awareness on booming Advance Product market and to find out the using patterns of the people . -To know where should invest money

Methodology Adopted :Research methodology is a methodology for collecting all sorts of information & data pertaining to the subject in question. The objective is to examine all the issues involved & conduct situational analysis. The methodology includes the overall research design, sampling procedure & fieldwork done & finally the analysis procedure. The methodology to be adopted in the study consistent of sample survey using both primary & secondary data. The primary data has been collected with the help of structured questionnaire as well as personal observation book, magazine ;journals have been referred for secondary data. Secondary data I had also made phone calls to the client to get accurate information for their investment. Another method to get the information is a direct approach in which i approached the clients and got a direct response from them. Discussions with the concerned by personal interview Sample Size: Sample of 200 people was taken into study, and their data was collected Sampling Technique: To study the Project, a Simple Random Sampling technique is used. Data Collection: Collection of data is done by Secondary Data & through Questionaire i.e., Primary data was collected through Questionnaire.

Summary Of The Project :The aim of an internship is to have the practical knowledge about the organizational working. The organization assigned to me for an internship is SBI Departments working in this building are General Banking, Foreign Exchange Department, Accounts department, Credit & Administration department. I accepted this task as a challenge and trying my best to explore & cover each and every aspect of SBI & other private sector banks like ICICI,IDBI,HDFC,Axis Bank with in my 6 weeks internship. This internship report covers many important aspects which are basically related with the operations and financial aspects of the banks. To analyze customer's views, ideas and opinions related to Advance Product & investment about SBI & other private sector banks. State Bank of India (SBI) is the largest Indian banking and financial services company (by turnover and total assets) with its headquarters in Mumbai, India.It is state owned. SBI provides a range of banking products through its vast network of branches in India and overseas, including products aimed at non-resident Indians (NRIs). The State Bank Group, with over 16,000 branches, has the largest banking branch network in India. It also has around 130 branches overseas.Analysis Of The Efficiency Of Staff (Employees) & Customer Satisfaction.What are the parameters on the basis of which customer opt for ICICI,IDBI,AXIS BANK,HDFC OR SBI?What is the procedure to open a saving a/c,the facilites provided by the banks,new & attractive schemes for the customers.I have to provide the areas & fields in which improvement can be made by SBI over other private sector banks.SBI wants to know about the customer perception about the investment,products & services offered by them,why and what are the parameters on the basis of which people go for private sector banks nowadays.How the products & investments are helping the customer.To know the utility of the product & investment.To find out the need of the customer and introduce new product & investment or facilitate new service in existing product.To find out what kind of service provide by the competitors of SBI in advance product & investment policy.To find out the need of the customer and hence formulate the strategy to level the economy in the society.How to change customer perception towards SBI.Services provided by banks like personal banking,corporate banking,business banking,NRI banking.Insurance & investment includes life insurance,general inusrance,securities.mutual funds.It also inculdes the Swot analysis of various banks.
