Loading SW

1. When installing SW on a Vivid I_Q you will get the following options.

2. First Update your BIOS; Select option 3


3. System will ask you for a Password: “geulsservice” then press
ENTER.

4. After this you will be ask if you wish to perform the update; press Y for
YES, then Enter.
5. Right after that the BIOS will start programming;
6. When system is done Flashing the memory you will get the following
message, press ENTER to restart and continue.

7. Once again you will get the starting SW page. Select 1 or 2 depending
on your system, whether is a Vivid I or Vivid Q
8. Following page will appear

9. After the Copying Files and Drivers, you will get the BIOS note, press
ENTER.
10. For the following page the first step is to format the HDD before
Installing SW, Select Option B

11. Once again the password is “geulsservice”


12. Select Option B to Format HDD depending on the BT Level SW you
need to load

13. Following WARNING will appear, make sure you backup all your
patient data before continuing; if you ready press Y to format the HDD.
14. You will see the following progress page

15. This Step is Extra Only when S/N needs to be change, Select
Option C
16. Select Option R then right VIVID_I-XXXXX or VIVID_Q-XXXXXX,
where the XXXXX are the S/N of your system
17. After formatting the Select 1 or 2 depending on your system, whether
is a Vivid I or Vivid Q

18. Now Select the Option A for Clean SW installation


19. The Following page will appear for about 20 min until the Progress
bar it’s complete.

20. When complete the system will eject the DVD, and you need to press
CTRL+ATL+DEL to restart. Make sure you take the DVD SW Disk of
the DVD Drive.
21. System will restart and start the Loading the Ghost and SW APP; you
will get the following pages; the system will restart a few times on it’s
own, this is normal. Just let the system perform the SW on it’s own.
22. After the first reboot the system will got the Installation of
components.
23. When you get this page and the message to restart, DO NOT
click on YES, the system will restart on it’s own.

24. When SW load it’s complete the system will ask you for the SW
LICENSE KEY
25. You should have the Key, if you don’t or this is an upgrade SW
please Contact us.

If you LICENSE KEY is correct the system will do as below


26. But if your LICENSE KEY don’t work then you will get as below

Ask for another LICENSE KEY, press RETRY to input the new License
Key.
27. Right after you input the License Key and the system takes it, you will
boot to image with this message (Only on BT09 and Higher) Click OK
and go to Service to calibrate the system and Run diagnostics.
