Injuries of James Bagacina

1. Please be inform that on December 04,2021 at about 9:30 in the


evening, a Robbery Holdap incident transpired in Mrt Ave. Bayan Street Purok 1-A,
New Lower Bicutan Taguig City wherein victim, James Bagacina, 22 years of
age,married,Call center agent,residence of Barangay New Lower Bicutan Taguig
City was robbed by an armed suspects, Alexander Burgos,28 years old , residence of
Barangay Hagonoy Taguig City and his accomplice, Jonathan Araya,26 years old,also
a residence of the same place.
2. As the result thereof, the victim sustained multiple serious physical
injuries at different parts of his body and was robbed of his personal belongings
Which includes one smartphone, wallet, documents/id, credit card and cash
amounting to more or less 7,500 pesos.after which, the suspects were fled via
motorcycle towards Brgy. Hagonoy Taguig City.Victim was rushed to hospital and is
currently treated.
3. Upon the receipt of the said information, police of Central Signal Police
station conducted Hot pursuit operation for possible arrest of the fleeing suspects
and recovery of the stolen items.
4. The motive is undetermined and the case is still under investigation.

1. Reference. MEMORANDUM Spot report on Armed Robbery incident


resulted to physical injury of James Bagacina.
2. In connection with the above reference, request be informed that victim,
James Bagacina is now in the stable condition and still confined in the Hospital for
undergoing medication.
3. The following items were recovered from the suspects which includes one
smartphone, Document/Id cards, Credit cards and wallet. Principal suspect Alexander
Burgos and his accomplice Jonathan Araya were now arrested and detained at Central
Signal Village Police station detention cell for proper disposition of case, while a case
for robbery under Article 293 of the Revised penal codes and Serious physical injury
under article 263-264 of the Revised penal codes are now being prepared by investigator-
on case for immediate filing in prosecution.
4. Final report will follow.

JOSHUA CELESTE Livingstone,35 years old, married and a residence of Mrt Ave.
Dremland Subdivision Barangay Hagonoy Taguig City personally appeared at this station amd
requested to put on a record and to conduct immediate investigation that on or about 9:15 in the
evening March 23 ,2020. While he was in his Balcony, Mr. Tejedoro Malvis ,residence of
Barangay North Signal Village Taguig City, was suddenly arrived at his house and shouted
out his demand that if Mr. Livingstone did not pay his debt amounting to more or less 35,000
pesos, he will burn down his house. Mr. Livingstone said that he made a promised to him last
week stated that he was going to pay him when he already have enough money. After that
incident , he was so terrified and couldn't get a proper sleep last night.
