REASON FOR TEMPORARY REVISION


1. 2A-10-01 (Inspection Time Limits) to add the Rudder Horn Inspection.
2. 2A-12-03 (Inspection Operation 03) to revise the Rudder Attachment Inspection requirements.
3. 2A-12-22 (Inspection Operation 22) to add the Rudder Horn Inspection.
4. 2A-14-00 (List of Supplemental Inspections) to add the Rudder Horn Inspection, Section 2A-14-23 (SID
27-20-02) and update Associated Service Kit numbers.
5. 2A-14-11, Supplemental Inspection Document (SID 55-11-02) to revise the Inspection Interval and
Inspection Instructions.
6. 2A-14-23, Supplemental Inspection Document (SID 27-20-02) to add the Rudder Horn Inspection.
7. Section 5 to revise Figure 5-12. Brake Master Cylinder (Sheet 2 of 3).

FILING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS TEMPORARY REVISION
1. For Paper Publications, file this cover sheet behind the publication’s title page to identify inclusion of the
temporary revision in the manual. Insert the new pages in the publication at the appropriate locations
and remove and discard the superseded pages.
2. For CD publications, mark the temporary revision part number on the CD label with permanent red
marker. This will be a visual identifier that the temporary revision must be referenced when the content
of the CD is being used. Temporary revisions should be collected and maintained in a notebook or binder
near the CD library for quick reference.
