1.0 PURPOSE

1.1 To establish documented information for project mobilization, including preparation of logistics prior project
implementation.

2.0 SCOPE

2.1 This documented information deals with all activities related to project mobilization.

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY

3.1 Project Manager and Project Engineer are responsible for the effective implementation of this documented
information.

4.0 DEFINITION OF TERMS

4.1 Notice to Proceed (NTP): a document issued by the Client/Owner to officially start construction activities.

4.2 Moving-In: another term for mobilization that is moving-in personnel, equipment, materials into the project site and
preparatory to actual construction activities.

6.0 PROCESS DETAILS

6.1 Upon receipt of Notice to proceed, the BAP CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION shall arrange
with the Owner’s Representative a schedule for a joint site inspection preparatory to mobilization.

6.2 At the same time authorized personnel expedites the application for Government Permits relative to the construction
of the project.

6.3 BAP CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION schedules the date of moving-in in consideration of
manpower/equipment/material resources available.

6.4 Initial stages of mobilization are: Project Site Fencing & Construction of field office, worker’s quarters, toilets and
bathrooms, warehouse, power and water supplies.

7.0 RECORDS RETENTION

7.1 Retention Period shall be for 3 years for operational reference purposes. If the department determined that the
subject document is no longer needed within the area of functions, this will be endorsed to DCC for archival
retention system.

7.2 Archival Retention – In-active hard copy records/documents that shall be kept for 1 year for potential reference.
Archival may be extended upon request by the process owner or as deemed necessary for the effective operation
of process affected.
