Here you will use Minitab to repeat some of the examples in lectures and tutorials.
Click on Options to change the default confidence level to 90. Ignore the Alternative option
Click OK > OK

Do Stat > Basic Statistics > 1-Sample t.
Select C1 as the sample.
There is no need to use Options, as the default is 95% confidence.
