During 2020, the net volume of all cryptocurrencies being traded within a 24-hour window reaches a value of over $ 55 billion USD.
Cryptocurrency trading is still dominated by Bitcoin, but altcoins constantly emerge to chip away the lead and diversify the
cryptocurrency market. As of April 2021, there are more than 6600 cryptocurrencies listed on 414 exchanges and the number is
constantly growing. The number of exchanges is also growing due to growing interest in cryptocurrency trading, both in the
number of participating individuals and volume traded.
There is also a huge trend of the DEX (decentralized exchanges) volume growing with more than 60 Billion USD in March 2021,
especially on the Uniswap platform where the traders do not need to do KYC and have the cryptocurrency in their wallets. Hence
this decreases the hacking risks since there is no third party involved, but a smart contract. See the chart below:
The rising popularity of crypto portfolio applications such as Delta and Blockfolio points to a large market of smartphone-based
customers. These are of particular interest to companies targeting the younger generations, as Generation Z (born after 2000)
and Millennials (born between 1985 – 1999), who spend an average of 4 hours and 38 minutes on internet-connected
smartphones every single day.
Distrust of large banks and fear of recession have made cryptocurrencies a popular investment among the younger generation. A
2019 poll published by eToro found that 40% of millennials (i.e. young people born in the period 1980-1994) preferred
cryptocurrencies as a safe haven investment. This is also a positive sign from a macro point of view.

Trust and popularity in the old gaming model where only big influencers earn money is decreasing. The fairness, transparency,
and much more opportunities are the signature features of blockchain technology, it may provide an excellent solution to the
challenges of online gaming and with the NFTs it is like trading on leverage.
Blockchain itself is a large and rapidly growing industry. Forecasts suggest that the value of the global blockchain technology
market will grow to over $60.7 billion by 2024. The popularization of the internet led to an exponential increase in the size of the
global gaming market by creating an entirely new sector; online gaming. Blockchain may prove to be a similar technological
catalyst for the global gaming industry.
Because they are unique and impossible to replicate, they can bridge the gap between the virtual
and the physical economies, offering a huge market of valuable digital goods that can be scaled,
collected, and traded. A recent report by NonFungible.com, an NFT market analyst firm said that:
"The non-fungible token (NFT) market tripled in 2020, with the total value of transactions increasing
by 299% year on year to more than $250m.
The report, which uses proprietary technology to track activity in the NFT market, found that the
total value of all NFT transactions (which includes sales and all other transactions such as
"breeding", "minting" and renting) increased from $62,862,687 in 2019 to $250,846,205 in 2020.
In addition, NonFungible.com also found that market activity has increased significantly: the total
number of active wallets transacting NFTs (including buying, selling, holding or using them in a
blockchain application) skyrocketed, growing 97%, from 112,731 in 2019 to 222,179 in 2020. Similarly,
the number of buyers and sellers rose from 44,644 to 74,529 (+66%), and 25,264 to 31,504 (+24%),
respectively. The number of active wallets accelerated throughout 2020, suggesting even stronger
growth ahead in 2021: Q4's total growth was twice Q3's, and three times that of Q2."
Opportunity
The establishment of blockchain as a standard commercial technology will remove even more
barriers to markets in developing countries. Services that will accept cryptocurrencies as a form of
payment will be more inclusive as they can offer their services to the global unbanked segment (1.7
billion people). Of these 1.7 billion adults, two-thirds own a mobile phone that can be used to
access the TRM platform.
Global drivers such as increased internet penetration, mobile and PC ownership, and the increased
adoption of cryptocurrencies point towards greater demand for all digital gaming platforms that
overcomes current customer issues such as lack of trust and requirements for personal
information.
Blockchain technology can also tap into new market segments, most notably the global segment
of 1.1 billion smartphone users who remain unbanked, as well as various regional markets with
restrictive legislation. Games based on smart contracts would offer an automated, secure and
transparent, entertaining platform. The increasing focus on investment in new web 3.0
technologies such as blockchain, the improving societal perception of online gaming, and the
emergence of new audiences via the internet will continue to improve the already excellent market
conditions ideal for a platform such as TRM.
The growth of the global online gaming and gaming market will be accelerated by a global
increase in per capita income, adoption of new technologies, growing interest in alternative means
of income and the rise of cryptocurrency payment systems.
Current issues
While there is a large number of cryptocurrency exchanges, there is little variety despite the DEX
growth and most new exchanges differ marginally from established ones. Exchanges tend to follow
the same blueprint and target the exact same audience. Online gaming, like any form of gaming,
can also be manipulated against its participants, despite the high degree of transparency claimed
by the organizers.
Due to the high degree of centralization, organizers wield a considerable amount of power that is
liable to abuse due to the current lack of transparency. Blockchain is a solution that offers a high
degree of transparency. Blockchain minimizes the amount of trust required by a single actor by
distributing it across a network of peers.
All of the above mentioned is a reason why the TRM platform is aiming to become a high scalable
blockchain platform powered by Polygon as a Layer 2 Ethereum network solution.
We have chosen this platform mainly because of the scalability and speed of transactions.
Ethereum is the second-largest blockchain platform. However, it has well-known scalability
constraints as the congestion crisis continues to cause slow and expensive transactions due to the
DeFi growth.
Polygon (Matic) Network is a leading Layer 2 scaling solution for Ethereum, which can eliminate the
current network issues. As a team, we are experienced in the blockchain field and we are aware of
the three elements triangle which is usually hard to fulfill.
SCALABILITY
SECURITY DECENTRALIZATION
We think that Polygon is one of the best solutions on the market that can follow these elements
nowadays. Decentralized apps are making huge progress but the current blockchain ecosystem is
not prepared to scale as per demand. But Polygon as a Layer 2 sidechain for the Ethereum network,
it is a perfect match.
The issues of slow block confirmations and high gas fees need to be solved before we target mass
adoption. Polygon brings massive scale to Ethereum using an adjusted version of Plasma with
Proof of Stake based side chains. As mentioned above, Polygon chain operators are themselves
Stakers and Delegates in Proof of Stake systems.
Interoperability
You have probably heard the expression “Killer app” in the connection with Ethereum many times.
We are sure and strongly believe that the “Ethereum Killer App” is the wrong attitude and the only
way is to adjust and be interoperable.
That is why we have also chosen Polygon that is built on Ethereum and moreover has an asset
interoperability trait hence assets on different side chains across various blockchain will be made
interoperable in the near future. Once this happens, you can expect TRM to support numerous
prominent blockchains and the tokens that exist on those networks. This will be in perfect match
with our mission to converge blockchain and gaming, trading.
Community
As you know, there are many technically perfect projects with sufficient human and financial
resources, but there is one key point that is missing and that is a community. Every project needs
to solve a problem and needs people to use it since, without community and people, it is almost
useless.
This is a very important reason, for which we use Polygon Network, because the community
working and using the Ethereum network is huge. Polygon provides increased scope for
collaboration, development tools and future use cases.

That means you will be able to buy land, buildings and manage your NFT properties. In the City,
you will be able to find NFT drops with various rarities. To obtain them you will have to fight or race
the competition. After beating the opponent you will get to choose to either recruit him as your NFT
or kill/destroy the NFT and no one will ever be able to obtain it again. If you are lucky enough
you can manage to get something really special and rare. Every NFT will become harder to obtain
over time. There will be only a limited supply of NFTs. By the time they will become even rarer
This is something brand new and it will change the world of gaming. The players will have
much bigger power and impact on the game. They will take the faith of the Metaverse
STORYLINE
From Zero to Hero
The city of Metropolit is a futuristic city in the year 2101 that has been largely taken over by big
corporations after a technological revolution. These corporations have taken control over a
wide range of areas, such as weapons, robotics, pharmaceuticals, and communications and
most of them operate above the law. This has pushed many individuals with no family fortune
nor corporate connections into the streets with no way of getting a decent job.
Rich is one of these many "street kids" of the Metropolit city, he doesn't have much himself but
he is a dreamer and has ambitions of getting up the corporate ladder.
But as no one can achieve much alone, Rich needs to find and recruit more people with the
same vision of standing up against the control of the "Korpo world", and as everyone well
knows, the greater your crew the higher your social status gets.
Rich is a racer, he is always the first and he is a fighter, which can sometimes get him into
trouble but thanks to his charisma many people just seem to turn to his side, to join his gang, to
fight alongside him very easily. But of course, not everyone is that easily influenced by the
charm of a guy in a well-fitted suit, some need a different type of persuasion methods ...
As the street culture in some of the Metropolit's avenues evolved into pretty much strength-
based anarchy where the most respected is the guy or gal who can fight the best. Luckily Rich
is no quitter and as a proper street kid, he also has some nice attacks up his sleeve. So he
started with this practice of fighting the best of the street fighters until they don't agree to join
his gang and help him on his mission.
Rich himself has for a long time been a part of a Midnight racers club, where many members
(passionate racers) over time started favoring a "more sophisticated ways of persuasion" being
a 1on1 drag race. At this point, they were not competing on the baseline of some mission
agreement but rather for the respect gained from winning against a racer from the other gang.
The stakes got higher as also some financial awards got into play and the winner not only
achieved the respect of the other racers/fighters but also got richer and closer to his goal with
each race/fight.
In this story, it is (Cyber) Rich, but it also might be you, it only depends on your choices, if you
want to get yourself a gang and be satisfied with the money you can make as a crew member
that’s fine, but if you want to get on top of the leaderboard, to fight your way through and
become the boss yourself you will need to work a bit harder for it!
GAMEPLAY 1 /2
CyberTrade
is a play-to-earn game with multiple game modes - team battles and drag races are the first
ones to come. The game revolves around NFT cards which represent fighters, race cars, bosses
and items. Each card has different attributes based on what type of card it is.
Card Attributes
A basic Fighter card has 4 attributes: attack, defense, speed and health; those depend
on different aspects of the fighter - his fighter class, items equipped and luck as the base
value is randomized when the fighter is generated.
After purchasing (generating) your first set of three fighters or three bosses
you are ready to battle.
Battle
In a battle, two players play against each other by taking turns with fighter actions
(attack, defense) from their team of fighters or bosses. A team of fighters consists
of 3 fighters player chooses from their inventory (they can have different classes and levels).
During one turn each fighter gets a chance to use a fighter action if he has enough energy for
it when he is on the turn.
The order of fighter actions in one turn is determined by the fighters’ speed* if no ability
specifies otherwise. Ther winner is the one to get all of the opposing fighters to 0 HP the first.
*if speed is equal, it’s the fighter with lower HP and then the fighter with higher respect
GAMEPLAy 2 /2
Energy
Energy is an in-game quantity that is gained over time and is needed for a fighter (team) to be
able to join a battle. The player needs 1 Energy to start a battle, the speed of gaining energy
depends on the number of fighters and bosses, player owns.
But the maximum number of energy the player can have is 40 for any of these, therefore if the
energy reaches 40 it will no longer be gained until at least 1 is used up
Syndicate Weapon is stronger than the majority of all the other purchasable items
(just like class actions) and gives fighters an additional ability that is range specific:
Korpo - their weapon is Fiber Wire. It always aims at the first fighter in a team. Korpo sends out
a hitman that will deal damage(10 HP) to the enemy in the first row from behind, dealing critical
damage(there is a 33% chance to instakill the enemy).
Midnight - Plasma Whip is a strong melee weapon useable on the second enemy row. The
weapon deals damage from direct hit(10 HP) and a smaller amount of damage(4 HP) next
round from the plasma.
Hackhunters - they use an Attack drone that shoots navigated missiles. It’s long-range
weapon dealing a big amount of damage(15 HP). Useable on the enemy in the last row.
The cost for a syndicate action is 2 energy just like for class actions, while most of the items that
can be equipped are much weaker and cost 1 energy on average.
Ranking System
The matchmaking of players in the battles is based on their RESPECT (Wins over Battles ratio)
0 or 1 battle won - RT 0% or 10% -> Rank 9
6 battles won - RT 60% -> Rank 4
MATCHMAKING
Matchmaking
RT is calculated only from the last 10 battles played, so if a player played 20 matches and won 6
out of the last 10, their Rank is 4.
RT will be decreased every season (month) by two ranks. (if the player will end up with rank 6
next season will start at rank 8)
Matchmaking will be based on the average level of your fighters(3) and your rank. The level
range of fighters level will be +1/-1. The matchmaking will keep looking till a player meeting
these conditions will be found.
This RT not only determines a player's matchmaking with other players but also increases
battle earnings with higher rank and increases SPs when leveling.
All players appear in the global leaderboard (their overall wins) and the leaderboard resets
every week/month to keep players motivated.
Daily Tasks
Players can earn extra CyberCash by doing daily tasks (3 tasks per day) with an increasing
reward by fighter level.
Those randomized tasks may include winning a given number of battles, using an item, winning
with only one fighter standing, leveling a car and most importantly logging in (this will be a task
for every day).

Fighter Specification
Each fighter falls under one of the 5 fighter classes
- Assasin, Defender, Medic, Warrior and the Tank each having its specialties.
ASSASIN
is the most common of the fighters, most players will use him as their starter,
he is an offensive type, has above average Strength and defaultly an attack and a defense move.
Defender
is a defensive type, with high Defence and a strong protective move and a reasonably tough attack.
Some protective moves can also include the whole team, but the majority is individual.
medic
is a healing type and has a little bit higher Health and Speed than the average fighter.
He has a strong ability to heal himself as well as his teammates (often connected with an attack).
warrior
is the class with the heaviest attacks, their Strength is increased significantly.
Even though their Health is not higher than the Troopers’s, they can easily compensate
for it with a good chance to take out a fighter with a single attack.
tank
is the most sturdy of all fighters, tanks have the highest amount of HP
and with their increased Defence it is almost impossible to bring them to zero.
They come with a default defensive ability and a ranged attack.
If you stand against a tank you will probably need a good Warrior on your side.
Equipping items
The fighter has 4 slots for items, each item can be equipped at one of the 4 - Right hand,
Left Hand, Gadget and Support slot. Every type of item can be only equipped to its specific
item slot, while the two hand slots are interchangeable. The Fighter can also gain the 5th item
slot for the syndicate weapon.

Fighter LEVELING
Fighter Leveling & Rewards System
By winning battles, fighters receive XP (Experience Points). When a sufficient amount is reached,
the fighter unlocks an option to level up this fighter for price in CyberCash and IOI.
When the fighter levels up he gets a number of “skill points” based on your win-rate that you
can distribute among the 4 attributes that you choose. There cannot be a 25 sp difference
between each attribute (80 hp and 40 defense). One skill point (SP) can increase any of the
attributes by 1 point, this feature makes fighters with higher level stronger than their lower level
counterparts and increases the fighter’s value. Fighter L10 can level up to a Boss L1.

4 attributes are assigned according to the class specification with slight randomization
but at L1 the sum of attributes is between 100 to 116. The baseline for each attribute depends
on the class. Each fighter also gets 1 randomly selected class action (genetic weapon)
+ another one can be bought for CC or IOI (high price) and one syndicate weapon if he joins
the syndicate.

BOSS leveling
Bosses
Bosses are the most expensive NFTs in the game, they can be bought the same way as fighters
or be leveled up from a fighter. They can be used in battles specific for bosses only,
in the “Boss League”.
The battles work in a very similar way as fighter battles, only bosses do not have classes
therefore it is much harder for the opponent to determine your strengths.
Bosses can also be leveled, which will increase their value and their affiliate bonus. Bosses can
equip 10 items of any level and therefore have more abilities than a fighter would.
(battles will be more interesting)
Boss if bought (Legendary) has randomly generated attributes specific for each syndicate.
If a boss is leveled from a fighter (Original) his attributes and ability (one of the fighters two)
depends on the fighter they came from, their market price is also significantly lower.

Items 1 /2
Items
Items are NFT digital cards that can be attached to a fighter NFT card and either increases their
attributes (passive) or add a new action to this fighter (active). Items have level, rarity, slot type
and ability (with specific damage/upgrade, etc).
Each item (weapon) has its level, the fighter can use this item only if his level is equal to
or higher than this level.
Each item has its value of rarity based on the number of identical item cards on the market;
this also determines the item's market price.
Items can be upgraded to a higher level for a price in CC in a workshop and by that improve
their power and rarity.
Item Rarity
Rarity is a value given to an item based on the number of identical items in the marke
Very Common (frequent) (1000+)
Common (500-1000)
Super (300-500)
Epic (100-300)
Legendary (50-100)
Mythical (1-50)
Rarity also depends on the item’s level as the same item with a different level is considered to
be a different item with a different supply. This means that by leveling your item you can
achieve higher rarity and increase its value but also the other way around.
Items 2/2
Energy
At the start of the battle, the player has 3/10 energy and each round player receives 1 ENERGY,
every fighter action has an energy cost and the player can decide which actions will be used
for a particular fighter for a particular turn.
Energy accumulates over the course of a fight if the fighter does not use it.

Types of Items
Items can be categorized into two groups: active and passive items, where active item adds
fighter an action that can be used during a battle and passive item increases one of the
fighter’s attributes.
Syndicate Weapons - these weapons can be equipped only to the syndicate slot, they cost 2
energy to be used and are reasonably stronger than regular items, their range is also syndicate
specific: Korpo (3.), MidNight (1.) and HackHunters (2.)
Class actions - (genetic weapons) are the attacks and moves fighters come already equipped
with and cannot be unequipped, they cost 4 energy and their strength and range is specific for
each class
Regular Weapons - (Items) are the most common and weakest of the weapons, their cost is
1 energy and they usually reach only to the first fighter (range 1)
Has 50% chance of dealing 10 HP damage to the last opponent fighter (1 Energy)
Carbon
Subtracts 5 HP damage from any attack that is used on this fighter this turn (1 Energy)
Slot - Body, Rarity - Epic
Any attack used on this fighter is redirected to the one on his left,
Adds 5 extra SP to fighter’s Health, which also can be healed back when lost

race cars
Drag Races (Gameplay)
Cars are NFT cards just like fighters and bosses, they can be bought in-game (LVL 1)
or on the community market.
Each car has a Tier (Common, Super, Epic, Legendary), a level and 4 attributes
(Speed, Acceleration, Handling and Traction) which can be upgraded by leveling the car.
Players can own as many cars as they wish, but only one of their cars can enter any race.
Race entry costs 1 energy. Default values for different attributes are specific for each car.
Cars of better tier have a higher rarity and can be sold for higher prices
(tier has no other use so far).
Types of Races
This game mode has 3 types of races - 1on1, 1on7 and Tournament. While 1on1 can be started
with a player invite or randomly with auto-match, 1on7 and tournaments will have online
lobbies which have to be filled with players to start the race.
Outside of invite-races, matchmaking for all races is based on the car’s level (cars should have
the smallest differences between levels possible)
Nitros
Nitro is a one-time-use boost (only one in each race is useable) item that can be bought for
10CC in the car menu; it increases the current speed of a car by 10 MPH for 10 sec after being
used during a race by pressing
the “Nitro” button. The amount of nitrous per player is unlimited.
drag races
Drag Races (Gameplay)
Drag races are the second game mode of the CyberTrade game, it’s based around NFT cars
which have different abilities and attributes that can be upgraded. Players race those cars
against each other in simple races in a straight line; the first one to finish wins the race and
is rewarded with CC in a form of Daily rewards.
The player needs to own at least one fighter or boss to use as a driver to his car, after owning at
least 1 car and 1 fighter, the player see options of different races. After selecting a race player
chooses a fighter/boss and a car they want to play with and the race can start.
At the start of the race, the player sets their “bonus” acceleration on a visual tachometer by
pressing a button at a marked section while an indicator is moving back and forth across the
dial of the “tachometer”. If the section is hit, this adds 20 MPH to the car’s default acceleration,
but it is not easy to press the button in the correct spot as the indicator moves fairly quickly.
Car’s base acceleration is given by the car's Acceleration attribute.
Acc. tachometer:
values 0 - 100; default marked section 80-90
In the second part of the race, the player has to shift gears while speeding up. A visually
different tachometer with green marked section appears on the screen, as the car’s speed
increases indicator goes up (pointer’s speed depends on the car’s acceleration) Player wants
to press the “shift gear” button at the exact moment when the indicator points to the marked
section (good shift) that’s when the car continues to speed up on the next shift. If the marked
section is not hit, the car's acceleration decreases with the next shift.
All cars have defaulty 7 gears therefore the player can shift only 6 times during one race, when
shifted to the last gear, the car will slowly reach its maximal speed and continue racing at a
constant velocity.
When the marked section is missed at the acc. tachometer, nothing is added to the car’s
acceleration and the base value of the attribute is used for the race.
When the marked section is missed at the shift-tachometer, acceleration is stopped for a given
number of seconds depending on the difference between the marked value and hit value.
more in Shifting
SHIFTING
Shifting
The number of seconds for which the car will not be able to accelerate is calculated as follows:
k (x - 100) 4
T= 100,000
Where x is the pressed value on the tachometer (from 0 to 130) and K is a constant set by the
Handling attribute, the default value for K is 10 and with every upgrade of handling it is
decreased by 1.
If the number of seconds exceeded 5 seconds, 5 seconds is set to a timer instead, so the
maximum time for the stop of the car’s acceleration is 5 sec.
T(100) = 0 sec
Leveling
Cars start at level 1 and can be leveled up to level 10 by winning drag races and paying a small
fee in CC and IOI. The car will be leveled up and Upgrade point received only after the fee is
paid and the number of wins (counted for each car separately) is reset for every next level.
The upgrade points can be used to upgrade 3 attributes (acceleration and handling
starts at 0 and speed is specific for each car).
Level change Wins needed to level up Price to level up Upgrade Points received

Types of cars and Attributes
There are multiple different types of cars in the game and from each type, there can be more
than one car/vehicle. Each car has different default attributes in lvl1.
Speed Car
MotorBike
Truck
Attributes
Each car has 4 attributes that are set to default values for a specific type of vehicle when
bought in the in-game market:
Speed
Upgrading speed increases the maximum speed a car can reach after shifting to the 7th gear
(1UP = +2MPH speed)
ACCELERATION
Upgrading acceleration increases the rate at which a car's speed IS rising,
it also sets the speed of the indicator in the acc.tachometer (1UP = +0,5 M/ss)
handling
Upgrading handling speeds up the “recovery process” after the player
misses the correct shift spot on the shift-tachometer (1UP -> K -= 1)
TRACTION
Low traction can decrease your Acceleration if the difference between
Acceleration and Traction is too big, netA = A * (1 - (A-T)) MPH (1UP = +0,5 M/ss)

Energy
Energy is an in-game quantity that is gained over time and is needed to enter a race, it works
the same way as in the team battles. The Player needs 1 Energy to start a race, the speed of
gaining energy depends on the number of car NFTs, player owns.
But the maximum amount of energy a player can have is 40 for any of these setups,
therefore if the energy reaches 40 it will no longer be gained until at least 1 is used up.
rewards
Daily and weekly task
Players will receive CC according to their winrate in 20 races (daily task). The main method of
receiving CC is by doing the daily task (20 races) and weakly task (100 races) with an
increasing reward by the level of your vehicle.
