SECTION 1: ANALYSIS
1.1 INTRODUCTION
The operation of various circuits in the time domain will be considered within this section, in
particular, the response of a CR network to periodic functions. To model the behaviour of such
circuits as a function of frequency, students must be familiar with the function generator and the
oscilloscope within Multisim. In particular, connecting these instruments correctly to the network is
extremely important.

1.3 CONCLUSION
The conclusion from the above variation in frequency is when the frequency is increasing from 5 hz
then they are un differentiable. when the frequency increases the waveform is integrating as shown in
the figure

1.4 ANSWERED QUESTIONS

1. Yes they lie in the tolerance limit
2. The differentiation of triangular wave form is square wave
3. As the frequency increase the angle also increases

6
4. Yes it increased as the function generator frequency increased due to number of cycles per
seconds increased
5. The Integration and differentiation both are opposite.
6. Yes it increased with the increase of frequency.

1.5 REFLECTION
Throughout this experiment I learnt a great many things, both theory and practical related. Overall my
experiences have been good and being able to undertake this experiment has helped me to understand
how this amplifier circuit works. Also how the integrator and differentiator works Admittedly, I did
struggle to understand how to use the and connect the op amp in a circuit features at first. In addition to
this I learnt some useful tips from the technicians that will be very helpful for me in saving time when
breadboarding in the future. These included not cutting the wires before measuring as I often
misjudged the length a wire needed to be causing me to have to measure and recut again. Based on
experience in this experiment, in the future I think I will try to get into the habit of reading the script
before the lab so that I already have an idea of what I need to do and also save time by knowing what
the next step is.
