ICICI Joining Formalities Process

Ensure Clarity of Image & File size must be below 2MB, file names must be as per process given below
Use www.ilovepdf.com website for conversion of jpg to pdf, compress file size and merge PDFs

ICICI Career Portal

o Avoid using middle name, use only first and last name
o You can use dot “.” While giving name, adjust name as per Aadhaar in first & last name
o Name is ICICI career portal must match with PAN card or Aadhaar name
o Follow the ICICI compliance PDF for step by step process.
o Ensure to use proper email id while creating ID.

Academic Documents (Soft copy)


o Scan Original 10th, 12th & Graduation Marksheet and Certificates
o Scan PAN card and both sides of Aadhaar Card
o Merge all Above files in one PDF file
o If Original Graduation marksheet is not there, then take college stamp and signature on Internet
marksheet + letter from college on their letter head with % of marks and year of passing mentioned
o Provisional certificate is must, if not received then get college letter as per above.
o File name “ICICI app id – Your name – Academic”
IFBI Form 2 (print form)
o Take printout of softcopy received from Faculty member
o Manually/Digitally Fill Details
o Paste Passport size photograph
o Sign each page at the bottom right side
o Scan all pages and make one PDF file
o File name “ICICI app id – Your name – Form2”
ICICI Pre employment Undertaking (print form)
o Take printout of softcopy received from Faculty member
o Manually/Digitally Fill Details
o Sign each page at the bottom right side
o Scan all pages and make one PDF file
o File name “ICICI app id – Your name – Undertaking”
Welcome Letter (print form)
o Take printout of softcopy downloaded from NIIT website
o Sign each page at the bottom right side
o Scan all pages and make one PDF file
o File name “ICICI app id – Your name – WL”
Vaccination Certificate
o Convert Vaccination Certificate into PDF
o File name “ICICI app id – Your name – VC”
English Essay
o Convert English Essay file into PDF
o File name “ICICI app id – Your name – EE”

Student information (online)


o Click below link and update complete data
o IFBI Form 2 (google.com)
o Enter ICICI Applicant ID properly
o Enter Student Application no. and Registration no. properly
o While updating avoid father name/city/pincode etc. in address, that can be mentioned in the relevant
columns (fields)
