I. Call to Order: Upon entering the room parents are reminded to observe the Covid-19 safety
protocols. The meeting started at 10:45am right after the GPTA meeting. It was facilitated by Ms.
Lyzeth S. Vibar in behalf of the adviser Mr. Ricardo S. Tamundong III for he wasn’t able to attend
the meeting due to pressing situations.
II. Attendance: The meeting was attended by a total of ____ parents of Grade 9 Caimito learners.
III. Prayer and greetings: The prayer was led by one of the parents, Mrs. Jane B. Umblas. After
which, Mrs. Lyzeth S. Vibar, extended her warm welcome to the Grade 9 Caimito Parents.
IV. Agenda
The reliever teacher just reiterated what has been discussed from the General PTA meeting which are
the following:
a. Preparation of the limited face-to-face class.
As of the moment, the school was still preparing the needed requirements for the school to
be approved for the implementation of limited face-to-face classes. Advisers are still in the
process of preparing their classrooms for the said implementation. That is why cooperation
from parents was encouraged. Update of the extended help in their classroom will be
discussed further by the adviser. Vaccines of learners was also reminded.
b. Support to Balay ni Juan
Although the school is still waiting for the result of Division level Museo ng Karunungan
contest, Parents are encouraged to donate old things or antiques as support to JRS Balay ni
Juan as stated by the coordinator. The parents were also invited to visit the aforementioned
Balay ni Juan.
c. Support to Brigada Pagbasa/Flexible Reading Program
Parents were reminded to give an eye to their child in doing their modules and activities and in
support on the 3B’s program, parents were reminded to check activities that was mentioned in
the GPTA meeting such as attending RBI sessions, having vocabulary notebook and
encouraging their child to instill the love for reading.
In the learners submission of their answer sheets and summative tests, parents were also
reminded to check the work of their child because there are instances that learners summative
tests were not answered.
d. Parent’s counter part on the school’s existing projects and program.
As an extended help to our school, a 200php amount will be collected voluntarily to parents.
7 parents were able to pay.
e. Distribution of cards and awarding of certificates
Distributed cards to parents so they could check their learner’s status and progress, and
congratulated parents whose children had excelled academically despite the pandemic.
f. Other concerns
Learners with incomplete grades had communicated with their subject teachers.
