Korean stir-fry Beef

Stir-Fry is a Chinese cooking technique in which
ingredients are fried in a small amount of very hot
oil while being stirred or tossed in a wok.

Slice beef (2mm) 500 Gram
Onion 1 Gram Bulgogi Marinade
Carrot 1 Gram 1. Mix all the ingredients until mixed
Green onion / scallion 3 Gram

Bulgogi Marinade 1. Slice the onion, carrot, and green onion.
Maggi Seasoning 6 Tbsp 2. Mix all the ingredients, and pour beef
Sweet pear (grated) 4 Tbsp marinade. Leave the beef bulgogi inside
Sugar 3 Tbsp refrigerator at least 30 minutes
Garlic 4 Tbsp 3. Add oil, and stir-fry the beef bulgogi until
Sesame oil 2 Tbsp caramelized.

bahan-bahan di masak dengan minyak sedikit dan
api panas di dalam kuali.

Daging Sapi Slice (2mm) 500 Gram
Bawang Bombay 1 Gram Marinasi Bulgogi
Wortle 1 Gram 1. Campur semua bahan marinasi hingga
Daun Bawang 3 Gram tercampur rata.
Marinasi Bulgogi Bulgogi
Maggi Seasoning 6 Tbsp 1. Iris bawang bombay, wortel, dan daun
Buah Pir Manis (parut) 4 Tbsp bawang.
Gula 3 Tbsp 2. Campur semua bahan, dan masukkan
Bawang Putih 4 Tbsp daging sapi slice. Diamkan beef bulgogi di
Minyak Wijen 2 Tbsp dalam kulkas selama kurang lebih 30
menit.
3. Tambahkan minyak, dan tumis beef
bulgogi hingga caramelized.
