Configure EWA report SMS 7.
Run all the necessary steps so that we are able to generate ewa report.
1. Check/upgrade ST-A/PI packages. (Checked looks fine)
2. Ensure no errors in RTCCTOOL report in SE38 (Checked looks fine)
3. Setup RFC connection between satellite system and solution manager system (Done)
4. Setup RFC connection between solution manager and SAP service marketplace (Done)
5. Assign solution monitoring roles to users (Checking )
6. Setup satelite system in solution landscape of solution manager (SMSY)
7. Make sure SLD is configured and working fine for satellite system (using Rz70 and SLDCHECK
transactions) (Done working fine)
8. Activation of SDCCN in satellite system (Goto SDCCN transaction. Then click on Utilities ->
Activate) then confirm for SDCC_OSS destination creation.
9. In satellite system, goto SDCCN transaction and navigate to Goto -> Settings -> Task
specific.
In the resulted screen, select RFC destination and provide the solution manager RFC
from the satellite system and set solution manager RFC as the master system. (Checking).
10. Addition of satellite system in solution manager system in SDCCN :
Goto SMSY transaction in solman system and then navigate to Environment -> Solution
Manager Operations -> Adminstration SDCCN to add the new service data control centre to
the solution manager.
Click on add system button to add the new SDCC to the solution manager. When prompted,
please select the respective system and client from the resulting screen and confirm
Note: this for solman 7.1 system
11. Early watch service session activation for satellite system:
In the solution manager system, execute transaction code solution_manager and navigate to
operations -> Earlywatch Alert and press create button. This prompts you to confirm the date
and time to run the report. Please provide the details and confirm to trigger the generation of
the report
12. Login to satellite system, goto transaction code SDCCN and press create button which displays a
screen to select a task to be executed. Select request session data task and click continue. You will be
prompted to enter the schedule time to run the report. Click now to execute it immediately. After
that you can see an early watch session running in SDCCN.
13. After completion of this session run successfully, an Earlywatch Alert will be generated and this
can be viewed in Solution_manager of Solution manager system
Steps
1. Connect to SOLMAN (same Procedure for All systems)
1. Register CD1 to Solman SLD:
a. Run tcode RZ70 and execute with the solution manager details
b. After successful execution, you can see the RFC connections SLD_NUC and SLD_UC
working fine.

If the system is in cloud don’t give domain host name like this us007smgp1.us.panasonic.com give ip
address instead of domain name 10.136.40.58 and click on save
Click on execute button and click on yes in the below screen
Below job will run once you click on execute button SLD_DATA_COLLECT job will run

Do connection test
2.Check in Solman if job “SAP_LMDB_LDB_0000000001” job (program name:
AI_LMDB_R_SYNC_RUNNER) is continuously running successfully or not, because it plays vital
role to drag data from SLD to LMDB.

2. DO managed system configuration.
Login to Solution Manager system, tcode SOLMAN_SETUP.
Navigate to “managed system configuration” tab on the left side
Give the SID and go to configuration system tab and select the full configuration tab and please
follow the below screen shots.
Now Click on Manitain RFC and the following screen will be opened.
Enter password for managed system and managing system.
Press on SAVE and then execute
If you face any errors check in both the systems like solution manager and satiliate system rfc
is working fine are not if not correct the rfc should be working fine.
There in no diagnostic agent sick this step and click on next.
In this face it will ask to create one user and check and update one user

Now Early Watch Alert configuration
1.Login to Solution Manager system, tcode SOLMAN_SETUP.
2. Navigate to “Early Watch Alert Management” tab under the “Application Operations” on left side
