Patient : “There is something wrong with me, all of my body is itchy since yesterday ”

you to relax as I am checking your pulse and respiration rate.
Patient: Okay
Nurse: Good. Next, I am going to wrap this cuff around your arm and pump it to read your
blood
pressure.
Patient: Would it hurt?
Nurse: No, just relax, okay.

Nurse: Okay. So, your pulse rate is 80 per minute, your respiration rate is 16 per minute, and
your blood pressure is 120/80.
Patient: What does it mean?
Nurse: It means that your vital signs are normal. There is nothing to be worried about.
Patient: Oh thank God.
Nurse : Okay Miss , it is time for me to take your blood sample to confirm the diagnosis.
Patient: Sure.
Nurse : Would you roll your sleeve up?
Patient : Sure.
Nurse : Don't worry this will give just a little pain.

your allergies. please take this one tablet a times a day after meal. Some potential side
effects are nausea. You should call me or any nurse in nursing room if negative side
effects appear. Don’t take this more than a times in 24 hours.

Nurse : Don't worry this will give just a little pain.
Nurse : Ok, fine, that's it. And for your dietary program, please take a lot of fruits that
contain vit C like orange, strawberry, kiwi or etc. because vit c can relieve allergies symptom.
And don’t eat seafood anymore
