    Payment Plan Agreement (PPA)


    The Client, VICTORIA DENMAN, has been given a payment plan to pay off the remaining balance fee
    totaling ($20,000.00) for, The Firm, Law Office of Laura Franco, P.L.L.C., 11222 Richmond Avenue, Suite
    225, Houston, Texas 77082.

    A CASH PAYMENT OF $4,000.00 WILL BE DUE ON ARE BEFORE 06/23/2022credit card authorization
    will be requested to commit to the payment plan below. A 3% fee added and will be added to all
    future credit card transactions.

    $1250.000 credit card automatic payments start on July 8, 2022, and the final payment will be on
    November 25, 2022.

    With a starting retainer balance of $19,00.00 the breakdown of the payments made and will follow:

    The Client understands that this plan is for the payment of the Initial Retainer Fee and that
    replenishment of The Retainer may be necessary until the case is concluded and the last invoice is
    sent to for review.

    The Firm will provide a monthly invoice breaking down the use of the Retainer Fee. If a replenishment is
    required, we will notify you as needed to add additional funds to the trust fund.
