 Optimizing ingredients/formulations (Troubleshooting product/process issues).


 Compiling of Product Related Documents.
 Provide clear and concise direction to technicians regarding daily test work.
 Receive, log, and store food product sample submissions. Create and distribute demonstration reports to
functional team.
 Conducting packaging assessments for in house products to enhance product quality and shelf life from both
bakery and retail perspective for product with life.
 Ensuring that strict hygiene and quality standards in food manufacturing processes are met; such include HACCP.
 Testing raw material, intermediate and finished product samples to ensure they conform to set standards.
 Liaising with production, quality assurance, and operations management staff.
