    I wish to apply for the release of money for maintenance in the Head of
    Department’s Office. The estimate is as follows:
    1. Refurbishment of Laboratory tables, drawers, and shelves N102,000
    2. Accessories N70, 000
    3. Plumbing Works N17, 000
    4. Electricals N4, 000
    5. GAS Piping N37, 000
    6. Refurbishing of Stools N100, 000
    7. Labour N185, 000
    8. Refurbishing of HOD’s Office N130, 000
    Total N545, 000
    This totals Five Hundred and Forty Five Thousand Naira Only (N545, 000).
