    2. Tax: GST will be charged extra as applicable.
    3. Validity: Validity of the offer is 7 days from the date of this offer.
    4. Delivery: 7 days from LOA for feasibility report
    5. Soil test report, ERT test report & Boundary Coordinates, Location of GSS & PSS, Evacuation
    level, Short circuit current, evacuation point to be provided by M&S

    Payment Schedule
    Survey
    50 % Advance against Performa invoice
    40 % against first submission.
    10 % against final acceptance.
    Design
    30 % Advance against Performa invoice
    50 % against first submission.
    20 % against final acceptance.
    I&C
    30 % Advance against Performa invoice
    60 % against RA bills
    10 % against Commissioning
