Academic Year 2011 Project One Semester Project, 40%, Group of not-more-than 4 students, a Formal Presentation before or after the Final Exam. Guideline

1. Select a PC/Notebook with at least 2GB RAM and 10 GB HDD


2. Prepares and install Windows XP/Pro or compatible OS 3. Prepares Oracle RDBMS medias and documents and installs on your machine 4. Also installs ODBC or any interface program which fits to your OS, RDBMS and development tools 5. Select development tools like PHP, JSP and installs on your machine 6. Test all your layered installed softwares 7. Start do it NOW 8. Look for a topic of your class project, 18-20 tables 9. Write user requirements 10.Analyse the project requirement and identifies all data in the project 11.Design a logical data model and relational database design 12.Implement you project based on 9, 10 and 11. 13.Presentation and submits your paper. Your class report should include: user requirements, business rules, analysis of your requirement, logical data model, data dictionary, detailed design tables, hardware and software configuration, implementation problems, user guide, and others.
