1. Social skills are a set of skills that need ongoing refinement as your kids get older. They aren’t something your child
either has or doesn’t have. These are skills that can be learned and strengthened with effort and practice.
2. To this point, we have seen, among other things, that human beings have complex and well-developed self-concepts
and that they generally attempt to view themselves positively. These more cognitive and affective aspects of ourselves
do not, of course, occur in a vacuum. They are heavily influenced by the social forces that surround us. We have alluded
to some of these forces already; for example, in our review of self-verification theory, we saw how feedback from
others can affect our self-concept and esteem. We also looked at ways that our sociocultural backgrounds can affect the
content of our self-concept.

What I have learned?
MY REFLECTION
Based on the topic, I have learned that mini-survey may help me in carefully focused on a specific topic; contain only
fifteen to thirty questions; are given to a small sample of twenty-five to seventy people; and usually use more closed than open-
ended questions; that is, they use questions that force the respondent to choose from a small set of alternative answers.
I can do mini-survey by conducting a research.
I will apply what I have learned through using it in a real life.
