II. Executive Summary
Office supplies and equipment trading is not a popular business, although it is vital in
particular provinces. I choose this type of business because it is the type of business that is
needed in our area, such as when individuals don't have access to a printer, we sell printers
and also provide printing services. I provide individuals with what they are lacking in this
type of business.
Geographic areas services certainly cover New Taugtog and some parts of Botolan.
Covid-19's arrival has ushered in significant developments in this field. People prefer to
write during this period because they are unable to leave their current location. And it's for
this reason that my business helps folks who don't have access to a printer or other office
equipment.

III. Description of Business

A. 4J's Office Supplies and Equipment Trading is an office supply store that also rents
computers, offers printing services, and repairs computers and printers. The initials 4J
stand for my parents' first letter name, as well as mine and my siblings' first letter names.
Walk-ins and delivery are also available. There are also walk-ins and delivery available. I
guarantee that my services and goods are of the greatest quality and that you will receive
value for your money. I also harness community experience and local knowledge to
deliver successful, well-designed products that are right to respond to the needs of the
local market.
B. The proposed location should be in the center of town, where people can readily find it
and benefit from it. Finding the appropriate location for your business is vital since it
will lead to a higher income. That's why the best site for my business, especially since it
is a printing service, office supplies, computer renting, and other similar services, is in
the center of town, where many people visit.
C. The major weakness of this business is that the resources are easily consumed or that
some of the resources are costly, such as computers and printers. You will also need to
acquire and maintain your own tools and testing equipment, and you may require a
business license to offer repair services. Having a business such as office supplies and
equipment trading will drain your bank account; however, the strengths of this business
are that it can provide individuals with services that are difficult to come by or that they
do not need to travel to faraway places to obtain. You can work as much or as little as
you like for this company. Your business can be a side hustle to supplement your income.

think ₱80,000 will be the minimum cost that will be anticipated.
3. The primary source of loans and deposit will be DTI (Department of Trade

may be purchased in local stores in Iba, Zambales, such as ally.com, national
bookstore, and any other office supply store. The agreement will be negotiated
in person, with no down payment or other sort of payment accepted other than

B. Market Analysis.
1. 4J's Office Supplies and Equipment Trading will simply employ "general
targeting" in order to appeal to a broad audience. It will concentrate on time,
mostly in the morning till 7 p.m. People will most likely need to compensate

C. Economic Component
1. The economic forecast for the three years plan will be illustrate in a table.
Years Economic Forecast
The situation in the first year of
running this business will be difficult.
Most firms do not generate a profit in
their first year, according to Forbes.
In fact, most new enterprises require
1st Year 18 to 24 months to break even. Then
there's the fact that, according to the
Small Business Administration, 25%
of new enterprises fail in their first
year. First year will be the possible
downturns.
The income from this business will
gradually increase in the second year
2nd Year
because I already have expertise and
understanding in this field.
3rd Year The business will be profitable in its
third year. According to other
Entrepreneur, it takes at least three
years for a new product to become
profitable, although this depends on
how high the initial costs are.
Table 3. Economic Forecast of three years in business.
2. Prices/inflation, interest rates, and consumer confidence are the economic
factors that have the most impact on consumer demand. Inflation has a direct
influence on businesses in two ways: as prices rise, businesses have to pay
more for raw materials, manufacturing, and overhead. When inflation rises,
customers' purchasing power erodes, meaning they can now buy fewer
products and services than before. This means that firms will see lower sales,
lowering total revenue. An increase in interest rates can have two effects on a
company: Customers that are in debt have less disposable income since they
are paying higher interest rates to lenders. As a result, sales are down.
Businesses having overdrafts will face higher fees as a result of the increased
interest rate. Greater demand for a product or service allows the company to
expand by recruiting more employees and increasing capacity to meet the
demand. Oversupply and poor demand, on the other hand, force businesses to
cut costs by laying off workers and closing factories.

D. Economic Component
1. Nowadays, there are a lot of business that grows. However, 4J's Office
Supplies and Equipment Trading business offers many kinds of service and
sells many kinds of office supplies. Ally.com and KM Office Supplies and

may also have the possible to tardily sale their business thus, my 4J's Office
Supplies and Equipment Trading business has gaining more potential in order
to make it prosperous for the purpose to my customers to commend 4J's

A. FORM OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATION

PARTNERSHIP

“The formation of partnerships between firms is becoming an increasingly common way for
firms to find and maintain competitive advantage. Partnership attributes, communication
behavior, and conflict resolution techniques are related to indicators of partnership success
(satisfaction and sales volume in the relationship).” Robert E. Spekman.

We, the owners of Labay-Labay, combined our resources to form a business in form of
partnerships and agreed to share risks, profits and losses. We have invested our own funds and
time in our business, and share proportionally in any profits earned by it. In this way, we can
easily establish our business because the start-up costs is low and we can divide it ourselves to
build a significant amount of capital. Labay-Labay is organized by the partnership of 15
induviduals namely; Angeline Malicdem, Bryl Lawrence Florentino, Christian Dale Ludo,
Dexter Del Carmen, Diana Mae Vicente, Fiona Mae Chiong, Glydel Delo Santos, Gracely
Francisco, Hector Seth Sevilla, James Clifford almario ,Kimber Lee Acebedo, Krisha Palanog,
Lander Egana, Sean Michael Alba.As a result, Labay labay15 business associates have met and
agreed on the company's structure, goals, vision, mission, and plans and words, as well as
direction Everyone has put in the same amount of money, and no one has benefited more than
the other.

Forming a business partnership allows you to share ownership of the company with at least
one other person or more. Starting a business with a partner affords many benefits, such as;
Bridging the Gap in Expertise and Knowledge. Partnering with someone might provide you with
a broader range of skills for many aspects of your company. A good business partner may also
contribute expertise and experience that you lack,as well as complimentary abilities that will help
you build your company.More Cash.A potential partner may be able to inject capital into the
company. It's also possible that the other individual has more strategic connections than you do.
This may assist your company in attracting possible investors and raising further funds to
expand. The correct business partner may also improve your capacity to borrow money to fund
your company's expansion. It's a good idea to keep these financial concerns in mind while
evaluating a potential partner.Cost Savings.Having a business partner might help you share the
financial burden of running the company's expenses and capital expenditures. This could save
you a lot of money compared to going it alone.More Business Opportunities.Sharing labor is one
of the benefits of having a business partner. Having a partner may not only increase your
productivity, but it may also allow you to seek new business chances with simplicity and
flexibility. It may even be able to eliminate the disadvantage of opportunity costs.Potential
advantages or

commercial chances that you may be compelled to forego while pursuing other options are
known as opportunity costs. After all, as a one-man band, you must prioritize where you spend
your time and talents. A partner who shares the workload may free up time for you to pursue
other opportunities.

If there’s a advantages there are also Disadvantages you should consider. First, is that you
can’t make decision on your own. To make decisions, it always need a collaboration between the
two or more parties, or at the very least run all the decisions by your partner. Hence, partnership
might start a conflict. There’s always a possibility that disagreement, conflicts can arise between
you and your partner from differences of opinion or from unequal effort put into the business.

12
11
Furthermore, the incomes always splits as well as the consequences. When you manage a
business on your own, you have the privilege to keep all the profits. In contrast with partnership,
you must split the profit depending on how many partners you have. Thus, a partnership is
legally and financially liable to all partners. Therefore, you will not be regarded independently
from your business if its face legal problems. Next, taxation. Generally, business taxes have
lower rates than individual taxes. You and your partner may collectively pay more than if you
paid business taxes since the taxes are passed down to you and your partner. In conclusion,
business partnership have many other concerns that may affect the development of your
business.

In conclusion, business partnership have many other concerns that may affect the
development of your business. So, before entering partnership, you should consider first all the
possible outcome that may occur in your business in the future.

iii. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Kamote Macaroons are chewy cookie-like sweets that make use of sweet potatoes, or
"Kamote," and sweet shredded coconut. It is a dessert inspired by the original Coconut
Macaroon. This dessert originates from the United States, and it is popular. We tried to
incorporate this popular dessert but with a twist. As we all know, kamote is very abundant and
very easy to access here in the Philippines, and according to the Department of Agriculture
(DOA), sweet potatoes are a staple food in the Philippines since they are used in local delicacies.
It can be grown at any time of the year.
