Mazak 640 Restore NC Data
Overview
This procedure will go over how to restore all NC data on a Mazak Fusion control.
Restoring the data will be required if the control has been reinitialized due to the battery has died, SRAM
is corrupted or CPU card is replaced.
NOTE: It is recommended to go into privileged mode and press estop prior to restoring data.
Once data is reloaded: home positions, tool data, offsets, orient position and machine function should be
verified prior to performing tool change or running machine.
If a current or any backup cannot be found, OEM will need to be contacted or data typed using the
machine hard copy of parameters.
(CloudCNC is a service we offer to have an engineer sent to your facility to perform a comprehensive backup of any of your
machines with Mitsubishi controls and store the data on our secure server. You can then access them 24/7 through our
