If you receive one of the legacy products listed above, you will automatically be provisioned with
Property Attributes Assessment in Precisely Data Experience along with your existing product. All
legacy products will be retired in June 2021.
The Property Attributes Assessment product is a multi-sourced dataset containing property coverage
for over 3,140 counties. Complete coverage information is provided in the Property Attributes
Assessment Statistics workbook included in the delivery package.
Property Attributes Assessment saw a lift of over 6.9 million records, for a total of more than 158
million records. Of these, more than 126 million are linked to a PreciselyID (unique identifier for an
address).
Fill rates for over 100 fields increased as a result of our new multi-sourced approach. When compared
with legacy products, the fill rate for over 60 fields increased by more than 10%, with the fill rate for
more than 25 fields increasing by over 50%.
Property Attributes Assessment has undergone a modernization process that included data model
refactoring, removal of duplication information, and the addition of new fields. As a result of these
updates, the data layout has changed significantly. The table below provides a high-level mapping
of legacy field names to new field names. For a full mapping, please refer to the Property Attributes

Known Issues
The following known issues are under investigation:
• PAD-1234: Address parsing discrepancies found for approximately 12M records.
• PAD-1267: Possible invalid values for the following fields: BLDG_OTHER_AREA, BLDG_SQFT,
LIVINGSQFT, GROSSSQFT, and ADJGROSSSQFT.
• PAD-1264: Census tract format is not normalized within the data product.
• PAD-1269: There are around 13M records from the legacy product that are not included in this
first Assessment data release. This issue is under investigation.
