1. INTRODUCTION
2. OBJECTIVE
To ensure that, All beneficiary should receive their services: Full Ante Natal Care
(ANCs) & Post Natal Care (PNCs) services at due time Encourage institutional
delivery particularly of high-risk mothers and All children should receive their
full immunisation at due time.
3. ANMOL FEATURES
ANMOL has following feature to access the application easily and effectively
Generate ANM Wise, Sub Centre, ASHA wise work plan and On demand
VHND due list.
Dedicated helpdesk and ticket system for ANM to raise support request
4. INSTALLATION OF ANMOL
ANM or User may download the latest APK from Google Play store or if MDM
is functional in tablet then latest APK will push through the MDM in tablets.

After login in ANMOL application, it gives dashboard view based on data entered
of registered ANM location.
Dashboard acts like a report card for the ANM. It gives the accurate picture of all
the beneficiaries that are registered by the ANM, the services that have been
provided to them along with those which are due certain services and It highlights
about key indicators with line listing with clicking on any given number on it.
It helps her to quickly evaluate the scenario in her catchment area and identify
critical areas where focus is needed.
The eligible couple module will be used to register the EC beneficiaries and
tracking their family planning services.
Eligible couple registration using ANMOL is very simple and a two step
process.
Eligible couple form will open. Fill the desired information, for entering name etc
and entries can be made by selecting the options given in the tool. If the internet
connection is on RCH ID is allocated in few minutes after.
Eligible couple tracking is now a very simple process after clicking on the tab of
“Eligible Couple Tracking
It will show you a list of Eligible Couple with their Name & Husband’s name(EC
name w/o Husband name), Mobile Number, RCH ID, Registration Date, Number
of visits given to the beneficiary and whether the visits given to the beneficiary
have been synchronized( ) with the server or not( ).
In EC, tracking user can see the details of the beneficiary. Where Name of
Beneficiary with husband’s name is given, beneficiary’s mobile number, age,
registration date, Sr. No. in RCH Register, RCH ID and Visit No.
You can also use the icons given for call and message to call or to send SMS to
the beneficiary directly.
Now fill in the next three details, in case the beneficiary is pregnant and then select
“Yes” as a response to “Woman is Pregnant?” and result positive then beneficiary
will shifted in PW section automatically.
Otherwise, you can select “No” and save the family planning visit. The visits
saved are listed below in form.
DELETED LIST
Those records (EC/PW) are entered mistakenly and duplicate. So user can delete
the records in update module and check the list of deleted records in the deleted
list module
The Pregnant women module will be used to register the PW after pregnancy
positive in eligible couple module and tracking their services.
Pregnant woman Tab which is the middle tab in data entry module it has 6 options
and information about these can be updated from this tab and other tabs for listing
of abortion, maternal and infant death. All tab are as depicted in the picture.
When woman is given pregnancy “yes” in EC tracking, and then Eligible couple
will move in pregnant women section to register as Pregnant Woman.
Enter the date of registration, serial number of RCH Register other details like
name, DOB, mobile number, social group, caste and religion and bank account
details of husband will come from EC section user can edit all pre enter details
and then press continue button PW will move next PW registration page.
In this form Last Menstrual period (LMP) which is a mandatory field. This is very
simple registration form, and most of the options are automatic and are to be
chosen from multiple choices. It has also an option for clicking Photograph of the
pregnant woman after that press continue button to update services in ANC
section or press save button to submit the beneficiary details.
Select or click on particular beneficiary to track pregnant women for ANC Visit.
Delivery outcome of the delivery is the tab where the all women who comes for
ANC visit and then choose yes in the question, whether woman has delivered.
and who have crossed their EDD and whose status is not updated yet will
automatically be moved to this section.
Select or click on particular beneficiary delivery page will open to enter the
delivery outcome details: date of delivery, time of delivery, place of delivery,
who conduct the delivery, type of delivery, complication during delivery, date of
discharge and delivery outcome see the screenshot below:
Press save button to save the delivery of services then this record will move in
Mother PNC and Infant Details then Infant PNC section.
All Pregnant Women whose delivery has been competed or deliver the baby then
mother will ready for PNC (postnatal care) services through ANMOL app.
Select or click on particular beneficiary to fill PNC page will open to enter the
mother PNC details: PNC visit date, No. of IFA tablets given, Is any method of
contraception being used, Indicate danger sign and maternal death see the
screenshot below:
Press the save button to save PNC Visit one by one in the same manner we can
fill the infant PNC visit.
All children who are delivered and delivery outcome is entered can be registered
through ANMOL. By clicking this tab list of children who are born will be
populated and they can be registered. Once they are registered and RCH ID
received, they can be provided with PNC services through Infant PNC.
Press Save button, once the Infant details are saved, it is only when the data is
first synced online with the RCH Server, RCH Child ID will be generated and
record will be visible in infant PNC section.
All children who are registered can be given postnatal services through ANMOL.
The below form will open and this can be completed in the few steps: Select PNC
Period, date, weight of child(kg), any infant danger sign, and infant death with
some remark(if any).
Press the save button to save PNC Visit one by one in the same manner as mother
PNC visit.
8.9.1. New PW Registration – QR cade may scan at the time of Pregnant Woman registration pasted on
MCP card. Scanned QR code will be mapped with RCH ID. All the subsequent services including Child services
may be given from QR Code Scan
ANM can also map QR code with existing pregnant woman. Following steps has
to follow to map QR code with existing beneficiary
Child care module comes under the data entry module I has 3 submodule as
a) Direct Birth Registration
b) Child Registration
c) Child Tracking
d) Child Death
e) Deleted
Through this birth of a child can be registered whose mother is not registered in
the eligible couple or pregnancy and does not have a RCH ID those comes directly
to register child for services.
Press save button, Once the Child is registered and Saved, it appears in the “Child
Tracking List”
Through this birth of a child can be registered whose mother is already registered
in the eligible couple or pregnancy and have a RCH ID through this module we
can edit the baby/child name whose register in infant details section. User can
search by name, mobile no and with RCH-ID.
In this tab, child who has received complete PNC or registered through the child
registration as mention in above section will be moved and the child’s
immunization services can be updated here along with the weight and other
parameter of the child.
If some death records reported then all death record listing will appear under child
death section.
Those child records are entered mistakenly and duplicate. So user can delete the
records in update module and check the list of deleted records in the deleted list
section.
There is one more functionality in ANMOL that is Advanced Search it will help
to search beneficiaries with RCH-ID(EC/PW/Child) in same location or other
location as well.
Write the RCH-ID and press the search button then beneficiary details populate
in screen after that update button will appear, press update button it will come
under current location ANM then ANM can give any services of that beneficiary.
RCH register has nine types of registers which can be seen in below screenshot.
This tab has Village profile, tracking of eligible couples, tracking of pregnant
women, tracking of children.
It Shows the information of all the eligible couple registered in the system.
This shows line list of all the pregnant women and the details of each of the
pregnant woman can be seen by clicking the RCH ID number.
ANC register shows line list of all the women expecting a delivery in the same
manner of above screenshot
It shows the line list of all pregnant women with high-risk pregnant women.
13. WORK PLAN
Workplan is another feature of ANMOL application. ANM can access the work
plan in different ways and will always be available with her. The workplan can
be generated weekly, daily and monthly. Each of the category work plan is useful
for the worker at different point of time. This also allows to track the high risk
pregnancy in ANMs Sub Centre area and also identification of low birth child so
that special attentions to these women and children be provided.
14. VHND
This feature of ANMOL is very useful for ANMs on day to day basis. User can
create the VHND sessions and automatically due list and required logistics will
generate, details are in given below screenshots:
14.1 DUE LIST
Due list can be generated for any date and village in the Sub centre, wise due
list is also possible.
How many logistics are required to provide services to beneficiaries in the due
list is automatically generated.
15. COUNSELLING
15.3 EBOOK
Similar to Video and Audio Counselling, it allows ANM to refer to the relevant
books and show references to the beneficiaries and their families.
15.4 E-TUTORIALS
This can be a mix bag of Audios, Videos and Books but the baseline objective
remains the same, to help the beneficiaries.
Similar to this document, there could be other helping user manuals that are
beneficial for the beneficiaries. The section would comprise of that.
There could be a list of stages where the beneficiary may require help through
Audios, Videos or eBooks. The section would refer to the same.
Data can be synced on the RCH Portal by two methods with last synched date:
Manually – Click on the Manual Sync pending records button then all the records
will be synced onto the portal and the status will be displayed.
Updating data on server is very important activity, this will take place
automatically and the ANMs can see the status of data updated in the bottom bar
of home screen.
Above screen shows how many records are entered, how many have been
synched and how many synchronized on AIS and how many are still pending for
synchronization with the server and error record as well.
User can also see the details of the data synchronization status by pressing count
on the screen and if data has some error user can delete that records through
update module.
