WHY BOOKS OVER
E-BOOKS?
In the 2000s we saw the arrival of the tablet and along
with that came e-readers such as the iPad and Kindles.

The developers of these devices hoped and claimed it

would revolutionize how consumers enjoy their favorite
novels and books, and for many people, it has and will
continue to do so, but latest figures now show that the e-
books bubble might have burst.

These recent figures showed a decline in e-book sales,

while traditional book sales remained steady with a slight
increase.

The reason for that trend is open to speculation, however,

the growth in cheap book printing options has led to many
authors opting to revert to publishing in traditional print
over e-books.

This would have led to an increased availability of printed

books but doesn’t totally explain the decline in e-book
sales.
To explore why we might have seen a return by readers to
traditional books we are going to look at the top six reasons
why printed books are better than e-books-

More Enjoyable for Reader

Better for Keeping Up with the Plot

Longer Life

A book is a Memory

Enjoying Books as a Community

Better for your Health

PRODUCT / SERVICES

.The system is a general hobby for reading and

books on the needs of the consumer customer
base, with a certain degree of practical online
bookstore system. It is mainly different from the
traditional physical bookstores, to overcome a
series of physical bookstores limited variety, fixed
location, limited space and narrow sales channels
and other issues, for people to purchase the book
has brought convenience.
Online bookstore system not only can easily find
the information and purchase books, and the
operating conditions are simple, user-friendly, to
a large extent to solve real-life problems in the
purchase of books, but the design of the system
because of the completion time Of the
restrictions, some of the functions of the system
is not perfect, but the basic functions have been
achieved.
MARKET POTENTIAL &
STRATEGY
Used bookstores serve the entire purchasing
population of its geographical area but focuses on
customers who desire to purchase books/music at
discount prices because they are seen either as near
commodity items or, in the case of books, are not
considered to be a long-term investment (i.e. they will
trade them back). Because of this relatively low value
placed upon our merchandise by potential customers,
Flyleaf Books can still flourish in an upscale
environment like Brecksville. This is especially true with
people seeking to cut costs with the bad economy.
Even though we service the entire book reading
population in Indore and the surrounding area, we can
divide our customers based on purchasing habits.

CONCLUSION
Online bookstore has many advantages compared to
its counterparts such as physical book store, the
online bookstore allows it's user to shop at one place
where in physical store the books are scattered at
the different places which consumes a lot of time
and online bookstore helps in saving that time and it
also avoids the problem of unavailability of books at
physical store as numerous vendors from different
places sell their books at one place. This project is
efficient in maintaining users records and can
perform operations on it, also reduces the work load
on the shop owner of knowing the quantity of books
available and which books are available and keeps
the records of how many books are purchased and
sold.
