Test #4: SDT- Self-description test This is a test
about you. They will control you, how much you know and how you are known in social and close spheres. all your answers will be matched with psychologists analysis and your performance. In the SSB process you are nowhere in the advantage position of telling lies or bluffing with them. So be careful when telling a lie or bluffing with someone. In SRT they
will ask 5 questions What you think of yourself What your friends think of you? What do your parents think of you? What kind of person do you wish to be? What do your enemies think of yoyou? will split in 10 or 8 candidates) now some will get the new GTO. This is very first test if it is indicated consecutively they normally follow. It's going to be 15 and 15 minutes of business. means you will go through 2 group discussion unlike the previous discussion round (on day #1), here you don't have to not come to common conclusion and you can express
what you want (in a good way.) 1st group discussion gto will give you 2 topic and will give you no more than 30 seconds to decide as you will decide again he will brief what to discuss and he will ring a bell to start and as 15 minutes come over and he will say well done ... gentlemen'' ! When you will do this PGT keep in mind GTO rules for PGT as incoming range for you and material output area for both and outgoing range for materials. And follow them in your time, if you break any
rule comeback to your last position and do not try to hide that you broke the rule. Task #4: Snake race This is very exciting and exciting work that you will enjoy. Each group will fight each other for the number one rank in this test. You will go through 6 obstacles like climbing wall, go over the web online, etc each group will have its own channel and you will
wear a rope that heavy structure and you will get marks only if you don't put it down until the race is finished. Before the lecture, he can ask you to
introduce yourself so be unique but not be too different. Keep smiling face and unwanted facial gestures at a long distance. And when you sit for other people's lecture, be a good listener, you might get some indirect ideas to include/exclude in your lecture. Task #6: Half Group Task(HGT) This test is done by diving your group into half the number. If you
couldn't play a good role in previous tasks because of the crowd or some dominant candidates then it's time when you can show your guts and put yourself at the top of the race. Task #7: Individual obstacles This will be the test of individuals and you have to complete this within 3 minutes and consist of ten 10 obstacles and these obstacles will have marks according to their number as if obstacle no.7 will carry 7 marks and after completing
all 10 obstacles you can perform more until the time allows you. Prefer the obstacles that give more marks at first go. You can start from anywhere and do any task at any time but you have to complete 10 obstacles have want to repeat these for more marks. There will be color rule: do not touch to red color because it will outgoing area. And when you will be
there on commando walk GTO will say ... when you reach on top shout out your girlfriends name....!! If you feel ok with it no problem, he won't cut your marks or nor will he increase but it indicates that you have friendship/interest of the opposite sex too! Before you go for individual obstacles he will show you every obstacle and how to go through each
