This document is a filming, photographic and sound recording release form. It gives a college the right to use photos of a person and any recordings of their voice or image. It specifies when and where the photos/recordings were taken and how they can be used by the college for marketing, publicity or other uses. The person understands the college owns the copyright and can use the materials as they want, and they can ask the college to stop using their image in the future.
