Reviewing requirements and options when creating resources for a learning programme (1.1 and 1.2)
The organisation you work for has a learning programme which is delivered face to face in a traditional classroom setting. (For
the purposes of this activity you can choose a programme you deliver or are familiar with)
You have an overseas partner organisation who would like to deliver this learning programme and qualification via an ‘online’
only mode.
You have been asked to review the principles that need to be considered for learning resources which need to be added:
Key things to think about:

● The online differences of delivery
● The language difference and what this means for the creation of the resources.

Lesson planning, delivery and evaluation activity


Carry out a learning needs analysis (LNA) on a group of learners in line with programme aims and learning objectives (2.1).

legislative and organisational health, safety, welfare, equality and inclusion requirements. You must use technology as
part of your resources. Explain how you plan to adapt this technology to ensure you meet the learning needs of different
