AWWA Water System Operations (WSO) certification study guides all meet Association of Boards
of Certification (ABC) Requirements and align with ABC’s Need-to-Know Criteria.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 900 contact hours of 4 years of acceptable experience, including
