Project Name: Commit- Enterprise Problem Tracking Tool Duration- Oct 2011- April 2014
Description The current COMMIT tool in e-Forms platform lacks several key components of
problem/complaint tracking that are necessary for Bank of America to meet the
expectations of the OCC regarding our problem handling platform/processes. The primary
gap is in Commit coverage/usage - we have a large number of business units who have
either insufficient or no problem handling platform and have been identified as needing
to close that gap. In its current location/support model, the Commit tool has the capacity
to support neither the number of businesses nor the volume those businesses represent.
Moving to an isolated distributed environment is the only way to ensure that Commit has
the capacity and capability to support the goal of an enterprise problem handling tool.
